The worst service I’ve had so far at a restaurant. Totally unorganized and super slow. The person making the sandwiches was slow, confused half the time and couldn’t stay focused on what he was making constantly having to look at the screen for the same sandwich. No sense of urgency.

Drive through waited 20 minutes just to order food another 15 to get it. I ordered fish combo meal and wanted a diet and a bottle of water. Chicken fries and fries, jr whopper and coffee. I got the fish meal no pop extra order of fries and whopper jr and coffee. There was only 2 cars ahead of me. Friday evening and afternoon should have more staff than just one or two people working. Never been so disappointed with Burger King for as long as I've been going there

Currently at Burger King in Melvindale on Allen road nobodies doing anything I pull up at the drive thru they tell me they’re only doing DoorDash and Uber to eats. After DoorDash doesn’t give me the pickup option they tell me I can do the app. I do the app and I pull up everyone is chilling up front just laughing and having a good time. They wait until I do the order completely on the app before everyone does something. I was the only one here nobody pulled up the entire time.
