I've been going to this Burger King for almost 33 years. Seems like no matter what management is in charge it's the same thing. Ok Burger King food, and the worst staff. All levels. It's just like the McDonald's in this location. Barley convenient.

This location isn't in exactly the best looking area, but if you work in the area you know it's relatively safe, and there's no reason why you can't hit the drive-thru if you have concerns. My biggest or only complaint, at least on this trip, was that they took quite a bit of time to prepare my meal when it was not during a typical rush period. That being said, the food was delicious, was made quite well and hot. Props to the onion ring person, they totally hooked me up. Also my spouse said the chicken wrap's were made perfectly with the Honey mustard spread equally across the wrap, unlike other locations that apply the honey mustard to a single end.
Fries way too salty over and over so started asking for no salt, only get no salt 1/5 tries so far, I wouldnt ask if they werent so bad, literally salt covered. Waste of money, we can always add salt but I cant take it off, so please just chill on the salt.

My wife and I went to the Burger King in Melvindale and in the drive thru was an elderly lady cashing us out with the boldest attitude. We were trying to use Apple Pay and she was very impatient. She would yank the machine back before it could read it. I finally handed the drinks back and she replied that was the best thing you did all night. I have money on the card I was using she was just in a hurry. I don’t believe I will ever go back to that Burger King. Horrible Customer Service.

My husband just came back from BK in Melvindale. He said there are two trump signs in front. My money is green and we will find another location to go to unless those signs are gone.
