I've been to this location plenty of times, and tipped generously because usually they've always had great service and deserved it UNTIL my order today.. I simply ordered through their app, delivery and chose "cash" because they wouldn't accept my card. Not even 2 minutes after I placed my order, I cancelled it because I left my wallet in my other car at home. No big deal right? Wrong. I called to try and cancel the order and I was told the order was already made? Yet the order was placed a minute before & the delivery said it would take an hour?? The person on the phone proceeded to tell me it was made and nothing can be done. I simply said I don't have the cash and without letting me explain my situation I was met with being told I was a, "broke ass" and I shouldn't of placed the order if I didn't have the cash (which I do, its just not on me). I tried doing them a favor by not wasting their time and gas and was met with rude customer service. I won't be recommending nor sending my family and friends to this establishment anymore. Obviously they don't care, but it's a shame that we been ordering from them for 5 years and was met with this bad service over something so small. Good luck 👍

Don’t not order they don’t give u sauces like ranch without you paying they are greedy now professional not clean. The food is not bad, but it’s not the worst. There’s so many better places in Melvindale and this is none of them.
The owner was extremely rude and disrespectful management was terrible not polite or kind with their customers at all neither are they with their own staffing, team chaos and yelling coming from the back of the store terrible place to go

Can't speak for all shifts but I come in there late nights.Fast, friendly service every time.More importantly the food is always fresh, and prepared properly.They should start training employees at some of the other Happy's Pizza locations.I know that sounds harsh. But so is the contrast between this location and some others I've been too.Grade AAA GUYS! Keep up the good work.
