Great store. It does suck when even using your manners and speaking clearly doesn't get you what you actually ordered. Fifth time that this has happened and all I could do was calmly call and ask the store like are you guys just running out of supplies because it's always no green peppers, or tomatoes; Lord for I'd your calzone is given the sub sauce you ask for which technically it's supposed to come with. The calzones are supposed to come with the sauces.
And now I see I tip for no reason. Depression Two calzones One small haui Three cheese Bread Not worth $58. I should have just got zukins or Bella's on park avenue

Service ok the pizza was undercooked on the bottom! Thats the problem with rotating ovens. Those heat jets get dirty on the bottom and the pizza never gets the right cook.

At times because I usually pick up at night, there are really scary, I believe homeless people just blocking the door to get in. Due to my advanced age and frail figure, it’s off putting. I also worried about the young staff working.

Hit or miss at best... The girl with glasses and tattoos I think made me a pizza once that was amazing. Whoever made the one last night, and few other previous visits, really sucks. Not paying attention to the sauce amount requested for starters. The crust was 35% or more of the entire slice. Way too much garlic herb seasoning. I can't tell you the last time I literally had to spit food out of my mouth because how bad it was but probably years before last night. There's more to making a pizza than literally tossing on a glob of sauce and the rest. Some people got it, alot don't. If I wanted garbage pizza I'd save a couple bucks and get Little Caesars.

This location is very clean and the customer service is so good. The workers here show so much care and concern with my food and the order in which it is preared. I always tip them because good customer service is hard to come by, and they are all so sweet, kind, and friendly.
Employees don’t wash their hands and don’t use gloves! I watched to much contamination!

About my 8th visit to this Hungry Howies—always satisfied with their pizza. Tried deep dish today; didn’t ask for extra-crispy yet edges were black and burnt. Still a fan, just less char next time!
