I asked to get my missing items and a gloveless employee started touching all my food to make sure there was no fries. Okay I get it but get a glove with your dirty hands? I then didn’t get all my missing items. The employee was not only rude and laughing at me for wanting my order fixed, none of it is correct. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at fast food. Tried to do a refund in the app and they don’t do that. Horrible location with never go to again will happily drive 10 minutes to the next McDonald’s to ensure of being treated normally and with respect.

I walked in I need to use the bathroom before ordering. I used the bathroom there was no toilet paper or hand soap in the bathroom. I went to the counter to notify the staff I stood there for 5 minutes and they didn’t care at all. I ended up leaving on the way out I tried to use that hand sanitizer to at least get my hands kinda clean and that was empty as well. I ended up going across the street to Burger King to use the bathroom and order some food

Nova deserves a raise and credit where it's due. I door dash and she made the p/u of 2 orders simple and fast....plus she was very professional and polite.....thanks girl.....you made my day easier!!!!!!

Will never go there again. Lived here over 20 years and this is the worst service I have ever dealt with. They want 18 an hour I wouldn’t pay them a penny. They are rude, they lie and then want to make you look stupid even while you are holding onto the reicpt. I give them a 0 out of 10 they will never see my business again.

The old white lady manager on second shift is a lost soul she can’t hear a thing and also doesn’t know the combos on her own menu I don’t think you can be more slow also arguing when you are wrong also makes you look silly they should find a replacement soon.

Very bad customer service I went through the drive-through and the lady said go ahead with your order so I start to put my order in and then another lady comes on and she goes go ahead with your order and I said I thought she was taking my order she goes no I am. She’s on a totally different lane So then I start to do my order and she’s talking to someone else telling them a price and I tell her I wasn’t done ordering and she goes. That’s not for you OK just very rude and very unprofessional getting smart with customers
