Maybe they have some good items, but overall not impressed. I get it, it's basic American Chinese fast food so trust me when I say my expectations aren't wild. We got takeout recently and man oh man were disappointed. The only semi saving grace was thr wonton soup, albeit a little salty. The sweet and sour shrimp, atrocious. Batter was undercooked and had an odd taste. We're also giving an overwhelming amount of sweet and sour sauce (a whole quart) for 8 shrimps. We used none of it because of the odd smell and taste. Well stick with Lucky Dragon.

Been going here 10 years. The place has gone so far downhill. Ordered sesame chicken. Got teriyaki flavored chicken that had been sitting around all day. Breading on the chicken was soggy and slimy. Used to be really good, now I'll avoid it.

Got this through door dash because the reviews on there say it's good! Got my food..... Chicken is completely soggy because they say they can't do sauce on the side... Then they got the dipping sauce for the crab Rangoon things...... No flavor! Just awful!

I ordered the general chicken and my wife got the chicken lo mein. I’ve had Chinese food that I didn’t like before but this was the first time it was so extremely bad that I only got several bites in and couldn’t eat anymore.
The chicken of the general chow may not have been chicken. It appears like they breaded the chicken then let it sit in the sauces for a long time. When it came to me eating it the breading would fall off and I’d be left with a literal cube of unknown meat*. It was hard and did not have the texture of any chicken I’ve ever tried. It also didn’t have flavor and the sauce wasn’t good. I felt sick and uncomfortable just chewing this unknown substance.
My wife’s chicken lo mein was served with the thinnest noodles imaginable. It was dry in some places and soggy/soupy in others. She only was able to enjoy the vegetables but she too only got a few bites in before calling it quits. I normally don’t try to trash places but this did was terrible! And it appears the reviews agree. They need to be checked out to see what the heck they are serving. I’d recommended avoiding at all cost. It was a waste of our hard earned money and worst, I may not eat Chinese food in awhile from this experience.

Doordashed from this place despite the bad reviews on Google (DoorDash reviews aren’t bad). I ordered egg rolls and their sesame chicken. Egg rolls were ok but the sesame chicken had literally 0 flavor and the breading was soggy. I saw someone complain about getting sick from their food, so I was very curious if my chicken was undercooked (or smth else was wrong). It was cooked ok - maybe even a bit dry - but Jesus Christ I have never had less flavorful sesame chicken in my life.

Horrible service! I accidentally put in the wrong phone number when I ordered online. I called the store to verify they got my order as my card was charged but I was not able to confirm. I was told a manager had to call me back. I received NO CALL BACK after 15 minutes. When I tried to call back I had to call 20 TIMES to get an answer. When someone finally answered SHE HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED!!!!!
