I have been eating here for years and there isn’t another place like it in the Detroit area. Everything is homemade and delicious and the prices are great. Service is great. 5 Stars!

I live next to the Polish Cultural Center in Troy and I drive to Sabinas in Melivindale for dinner. There is not a polish restaurant around this area that even comes close to the food cooked at Sabinas restaurant

Wanted to try Polish food because I’ve never had it and I’ve heard polish cuisine is pretty good! So i got the Combo plate and there were some great components the Smoked Kielbasa was really good perfectly smoked, the Golombek was ok could’ve used more flavor, same with the meatballs good but needs more flavor. The pierogis weren’t bad but again just needed more flavor.. I would for sure love to try other things on the menu all in all not a bad place at all!!

The food is delicious, it is an establishment with lots of natural light and I had always received good service, but the last time I noticed strange behavior from the waitresses and I thought it was my imagination.Until I realized that I didn't take off my apron after work (I work in a factory that has nothing to do with the food industry) I left work and put on my jacket determined to enjoy a delicious meal that almost got stuck in my throat; the waitress practically threw the plate in front of me and when I asked for the check and a small box to put some of my food; the same lady who brought my food threw the box on the table with disdain and as if I was begging for a piece of bread (I learned from one of the waitresses that they assumed I was a waitress and I guess I cleared up the misunderstanding but I don't understand why the rudeness in the treatment. I usually go with my friend, but this time I went alone; thank God my friend didn't have to go through a bad time because I forgot to take off my apron. I still think it's a good place to go to eat.
