Not sure how this is considered a decent cream cheeses bagel??? I worked for Tim hortons before. You’re supposed to smear it on both sides instead of being lazy🤷🏼♀️ it’s not that hard really. If you can’t provide good customer service then perhaps you need to find a different job that doesn’t deal with this line of work.
