If I could I would give a zero . Not my first time here. But terrible terrible service . Not fast enough. They told me my sandwich could not be made it was turkey they only had ham. I said fine , however it’s suppose to have bacon I didn’t get any bacon on there. Older woman telling younger girl at window to stick through the end of shift. Like I shouldn’t be hearing these conversations . Especially with foul language. Older woman comes to window instead of addressing me yells at the young girl . What this lady got. Tells me to pull around , i parked but went in . Otherwise I would still be sitting there. All I hear are complaints among the employees. Mind you like 5 of them standing around and one person still working on my drinks. Finally get my drinks and one of them is wrong. Very unprofessional employees.
So this is my third time being in this location , but the tall guy I believe he’s Mexican he made me today too plane croissant with the cream cheese but there is no cream cheese in … and they sell the most expensive croissant. They charge me 7.59 for two plain croissants but there is no cream cheese in and by the way the other location sell them for 6.65 for two plain croissant with the cream cheese …And the guy keeps looking to the customer like they own him some money so last time you’ll see my face peace out .
I put a mobile order in so that I could get to work early. I arrived at the drive thru at 6:42am I was told pull around we will bring it out. I sat in my car until 7:02am. Went in to get a refund because if I wait any longer I would be late. They didn’t even make my order. I was told oh it will take two seconds to make a bagel. I said I had more than just a bagel. I also had a breakfast sandwich and orange juice and two donuts if it takes two seconds why isn’t it made? they did apologize, however this is not the first time that I’ve been to this location where I’ve continued to have issues I live in Melvindale so I solely want to support local businesses however, this Tim Hortons needs new owners or new employees or more training. The mistakes that they make on a daily is crazy. I will not be returning to this one just drive a little ways. Go to the one on Southfield highly recommend that one.
9:30am walked inside. No hello or Goodmorning or nothing. 3 employees walked by the register I was standing in front of and didn't even make eye contact or at least say we'll be right with you. I waited a total of 12 mins while I saw the workers handling only the drive thru and continue to ignore store front. I walked out and I bet they didn't even notice.... There was one person who was there before me and they looked frustrated from also waiting too long for their order to be ready so I know if I had stayed I'm sure it be an even longer wait. I'm not coming back.
I ordered on the app and when I got there, they did not have the bagel or tea I ordered. I didn't fuss about it. What irritated me was the fact that the lady couldn't stay on task and had to ask me 3 times what I was choosing to substitute my items for. She was too busy talking with the other employees and swearing in earshot of customers. I came to this same location about 3 months ago and got wonderful service so im not sure what was going on today.

I ordered a large Iced Capp and it wasn't made correctly. There wasn't any whipped cream in this drink. Everytime, I go to this location there's an issue with my food.
The only thing the can serve is coffee due to the other machines being down. Been like that for a few months.

Very unsanitary !!!!! the gentleman working there was digging in his butt before trying to give me my order. I quickly changed my mind and drove off before paying for my order.

This is ridiculous, stopped at the Melvindale Tims for a x-large refill. They charged me $3.25 for a REFILL. That’s the price of a new cup fill. Last refill I got from this place costed $2.10. Pointed out and they said price went up. So in other words someone pocketed $1.15. Let’s see you do that x’s 10, you just pocketed an extra $11.50 to supplement that minimum wage your making!
It's the worst I've been to, they don't serve customers
Almost everytime I come down, they can't do anything but coffee, I'm normally here sometime between 6 and 7, every now and then they can do breakfast items but the quality is always subpar like the workers don't understand how to do the work. What's the point of opening if the majority of your menu isn't available?

The store is getting better and better after the new management .. really good service and atmosphere 👏 fresh always and clean ! Hope it always be like that
