It's the worst I've been to, they don't serve customers
Almost everytime I come down, they can't do anything but coffee, I'm normally here sometime between 6 and 7, every now and then they can do breakfast items but the quality is always subpar like the workers don't understand how to do the work. What's the point of opening if the majority of your menu isn't available?

i live near this location and in the past month the service has been great the new manager is very professional and great all drinks were made correct and the donuts were really fresh i hope it stays this way

I ordered a latte,no cold foam, it tasted like pure coffee grounds.the guy pulled us to the door after no one was even in the drive thru or parking lot. My coffee is undrinkable.

6:30 Am in the morning and they tell you , “we dont have coffee because we are cleaning the machines “ then they tell you “ we have regular coffee “ I say “ ok give me one regular coffee with two sugars and milk “ they end up giving me hot chocolate , can you imagine ? Bad service and very slow ! Needs to be fixed two guys today were like they really don’t want to be there the Arab girl is 5 stars ! She knows her job

Every time I come here it seems like the workers don't know what they're doing. I'm not trying to be mean, but it's almost like they don't know their own menu, they never have any idea what I'm talking about whenever I order something that is anything other than a coffee. My interactions with the employees always leave me feeling extremely confused.

This location is literally a hot mess and I only continue to go here because the other Tim Hortons that’s nearby is also a train wreck. Last week when I came to the drive-through, the lady was very rude and was very short and I understand being short staffed couldn’t put pressure however when I pulled around and waited for my drink to be brought out to me and a bagel with cream cheese, there was other cars waiting also, the cars after me got their food. The only person that helped was this gentleman while I’m watching inside there are three other employees all around other phone. I honestly if I had cash I wouldn’t and I would’ve took the 20 bucks because he was the only person that took care of me Today I’m in the drive-through. I had to say latte five times then I asked for 10 pack of Tim bits and a six pack of donuts. He goes a dozen. I said no six donuts he goes you want a dozen I’m like no I want half dozen. I had to explain to him that I wanted a six pack several times and then he asked me what my drink was cause he never run it up to try to pay my phone he says the app isn’t working. He scans a couple times. He says the app is still not working so I said OK hold on. Let me see if I got money then tell me to pull around and wait for food I said no I’m going to stay here and wait until I get he says no I have to pull around and wait by the door and I said no I would not pull around until I get my change because I handed him $15 and it was only $13 and some change. Meanwhile, the car behind me is honky so I finally pull around after I get my change. They bring me out my coffee and tell me have a great day. I said what about my donuts about my donuts.

You need to get the old works back theses new works suck .they are respectful but don't understand what we are saying ???? also I asked for an avocado sandwich and it was soggy. And they said they were going to refund me and they couldn't refund me because the manager wasn't there and then it ended up that the supervisor was there and wouldn't do it. Is poor customer service
Ordered online. I don't feel like the employee understood that. Picked drive thru for my order pickup, but then was told to park for "timing" purposes to make them look better. I ordered only coffee ?

Going far down hill it's a shame nobody takes pride in working anymore. Orders are always wrong and coffee is always burnt tasting. Rude customer service. One coffee place in the area and can't even grab one in the mornings.

i doordashed from here on Sunday morning (8/4) , they were rude to my doordasher and said i should have just canceled the order if im in such a rush. He had been waiting in an empty lobby for my order for at least 10 minutes.My doordasher explained that all the staff were just sitting around while he was waiting on my order, this was very frustrating to hear. My drink ( small hot chocolate) did not get its whipped cream, that I paid for. Rude service , incorrect items, and long wait time.
