The food is terrible I asked the first time I ordered earlier today I asked for no onions on my chicken wrap they put extra onions so I figured okay let me wait till somebody else comes in I order again tonight I order a cheeseburger they put only cheese on my burger they didnt put no ketchup mustard no nothing on my burger it was just a plain burger and then The fries were old and stale they forget the ketchup they don't give you no drink with your dinner when you pay for a full dinner and they don't know how to work the credit card machine over the phone or do they know how to work it in person I had a hard time it took me 10 minutes just to pay for my order had to pay cash took 40 mins to get my food and the frys was cold ❄️🥶 not a good spot

The food was amazing, and it was cooked quickly. The service was amazing as well. I ordered the Almalook loaded French fries—they were absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend this place and will be going back again.

Food is good but to be very honest, the milkshakes are literally just milk. I got them twice, my second one I got it today (Twix milkshake) there was literally no taste of Twix.. it’s like a small candy bar was shredded and just thrown in the cup. I would love to see the milkshakes have better quality and be more flavorful.

Almalook Cafeteria is definitely one of the best spots I’ve been to lately! The food was fresh, delicious, and the combo deals are amazing — great portions for a price you really can’t beat. The customer service was top-tier as well. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending Almalook Cafeteria to everyone!

As a Muslim, I prefer not to speak negatively about food itself, but I do feel it's important to share feedback on my experience. I genuinely want to see new businesses succeed, especially local ones, but quality is key especially in the food industry.
I ordered the rotisserie chicken around 6 PM. Unfortunately, it tasted stale and lacked the freshness I expected. I understand it was a later order, but if the product isn't up to standard at that time, I believe it's better not to serve it rather than risk leaving a bad first impression especially for new customers.
I also noticed that although I opted out of the sides (mashed potatoes and vegetables), I was still charged the full $15. It would have been more reasonable to adjust the price or offer an alternative. Still, I did not mind, I assumed the chicken would be good.
The restaurant is just 2 minutes from my home, but based on this experience, I would honestly rather drive 20–25 minutes to Warren for rotisserie chicken from places like Express Poultry or Golden Chicken, where the food is consistently fresh and hot regardless of the time of day.
This isn't about convenience it's about quality. I sincerely hope my experience was just a one-off and that the restaurant improves, because great quality and consistency are what bring customers back. Wishing them the best moving forward.

When they first launched, everything was excellent. But now, something changed with their management. Idk. The food is still good but it isn't prepared the same and neither are the portions (they decreased).
