When they first launched, everything was excellent. But now, something changed with their management. Idk. The food is still good but it isn't prepared the same and neither are the portions (they decreased).

This restaurant often takes about 30 to 40 minutes to prepare and deliver my order, which can be frustrating when I’m expecting something quicker. On top of the delay, they sometimes miss key items like sauces I specifically asked to be on the side, or they’ll forget my drink entirely(all of this happened today and other times). There have even been times when they gave me the wrong drink altogether, which makes the experience feel careless. While the food itself can be decent,...

Tortina is fantastic and definitely worth five stars. The service is outstanding—everyone is super friendly and attentive. The Tortina fries are a real highlight; they’re loaded and delicious, and the mango boba is the perfect refreshing touch. The atmosphere is also really charming, making it a great spot for a memorable meal. Highly recommend!
