This restaurant often takes about 30 to 40 minutes to prepare and deliver my order, which can be frustrating when I’m expecting something quicker. On top of the delay, they sometimes miss key items like sauces I specifically asked to be on the side, or they’ll forget my drink entirely(all of this happened today and other times). Tortina is fantastic and definitely worth five stars. The service is outstanding—everyone is super friendly and attentive. The Tortina fries are a real highlight; they’re loaded and delicious, and the mango boba is the perfect refreshing touch. The atmosphere is also really charming, making it a great spot for a memorable meal. Highly recommend!

Wanted to give this place less stars because it definitely could be cleaner inside and outside but given that the same guy took our order, cooked it and handled everyone else’s orders completely by himself I’m just gonna say that he’s probably doing his best. The quality of the food definitely saves him, I wish I would have taken pictures but we were starving and it looked amazing.
