I just wish the servers were more friendly. We are locals who just moved here. We’ve been three times now and each time I’ve had very unfriendly servers. If you don’t like your job you should do something else! And we always tip very well and my husband and I are very kind to servers. I don’t think we will be returning here. Mediocre drinks and unfriendly service.
Sage Creek is a wonderful place that has a variety of flavored wines, bourbon and some delicious specialty drinks. The flavoring is pleasantly subtle, not overdone. There is year-round indoor/outdoor seating (enclosed in the winter), and the winery shares a courtyard with Doghouse Tavern that you can order food from and have it brought to you. The place is comfortably decorated with lots of wood and the staff is very friendly and prompt.
This place is amazing for great wine and now bourbon! Everything is delicious and it is neat that you can order food from next door or trucks if outside. You can easily spend hours chatting, drinking and enjoying! I cannot wait to visit again!
