The staff was excellent! The food was fast, fresh, and delicious.
Had a large online order that was filled incorrectly with all boneless portion of the order missing. They made it right and offered a complimentary cake due to the inconvenience.

KFC is a restaurant with a mix of reviews. Some customers have experienced long waits and incorrect orders, while others praise the delicious and fast service. The staff is described as friendly and helpful, with great parking available. The chicken options like spicy and regular mac n cheese chicken bowls are highlighted as amazing and delicious. There is often a short 5-10 minute wait due to too few employees, but the food is always worth it. Customers are greeted promptly with a smile and orders are prepared quickly, hot, and correct. However, some feel the place has declined, with orders being wrong or inedible, leading to regret.
