I can’t have salt and I came and asked for a plain pretzel, paid the amount and got handed a salted. I said, oh I’m sorry I asked for a plain. All three girls just looked at me like it was a problem then the cashier said “you have to special order that it will take about 5 minutes” I said that’s fine you could have mentioned that ahead of time but no problem. So the order went in and the one blonde tall girl put her back to me and was talking to the short black haired girl and you could instantly tell they were very annoyed. I said I’m sorry for being annoying about it. They made it but the disrespect of young high school kids and the lack of customer service and kindness is sad. Luckily I don’t live here as I’d never go back.

The lemonade here is the absolute best especially the mango lemonade, sometimes the staff is a hit or miss though- sometimes they are super nice and helpful or sometimes you end up with someone who barely acknowledges your presence. Overall though its not about the service since it is at a mall lol not everyone has to be enthusiastic to show up to work every day they are normal people too, that being said the pretzels were super warm and yummy and the mango lemonade is to die for! Will continue to visit this place at every chance I get

The gentleman running the register provided the incorrect order three times.

We asked for Sip and Dips with mini pretzel dogs. We got full sized pretzel dogs without drinks.

I tried to explain, gave up and just asked for two small sodas. I received one.

I tried to explain a third time and was shooed from the line with a free drink. I would have preferred what Id ordered. I won't be shopping here again. Terrible service, and honestly that 12 dollar pretzel dog without sauce that I didn't want sucked.

As someone who used to work at an Auntie Anne’s, and who still frequents the establishments, I was severely disappointed with both the pretzel quality and services received at this location.The person on cash register was rushing the orders out, and seemed very annoyed that I wanted some salty sustenance.When I finally received my pretzels, they were over salted and hard to bite into. It felt as if I was biting into a rock.Super disappointed in how everything played out, the lemonade was stellar I will say!

The servers were okay, not overly friendly, but not mean. They don't have plastic ware for the nuggets, which is really necessary for the cinnamon and sugar ones.

I had the best experience at Auntie Anne’s. The staff was very nice and quick!

Ordered Pretzel Bites and Large Lemonaide which separately are less if ordered separately. Cashier rang up as a number 2 which is a dollar more, just a dollar no big but don't care to be cheated out of a dollar everytime I order something.

So the visit was great. The staff was SUPER helpful. They were a little short on availability of items but it was two days before Christmas so I get it. My only recommendation is to find a way to make the cheese cups warm. Who wants cold cheese with your warm pretzel. Other than that it was fantastic! Make the cheese warm and you get 5 stars.

Staff are laid back and pretty chill (this is a compliment) and the pretzels are always delicious.

Love the freaky lookinff girl and thhw blonde one ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ They alwyas great me with a smile and give me the freshest warm and soft prazals!!!!!!!!!!! i appreciate the inclusivity of this particularly auntie anne’s,it’s important to give emos the same opportunities as normal people❤️❤️❤️

First off, I love the prazals. The emo chick and the blonde one were great! Super friendly and the polite! The cheese sauce was perfect (almost too thick!). The place was incredibly clean and hair free. Amazing customer serice. I typicall despise prazels, but this place made me a fan!!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE, SHOWED UP AND THRY ONLY HAD TWO PRETZELS, I ASKED IF THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES LEFT, ZHE SAYS YUP AS HER CO WORKER TAKES THEM OUT AND SELLS THEM TO THE PERSON NEXT TO ME I HOP YALL CLOSE HOW YALL ONLY HAVE TWO PRETZELS YALL NEED TO LOSE YOUR JOBS

The lady is so rude and ignorant. She doesn’t smile.It opens too late. It should be open at least 10 am.
