The pretzels are very good. They use real butter for the pretzels and real lemons for the lemonade.

The service was also very good, much better than the Lansing Mall location.

The lemonade here is the absolute best especially the mango lemonade, sometimes the staff is a hit or miss though- sometimes they are super nice and helpful or sometimes you end up with someone who barely acknowledges your presence. Overall though its not about the service since it is at a mall lol not everyone has to be enthusiastic to show up to work every day they are normal people too, that being said the pretzels were super warm and yummy and the mango lemonade is to die...

So the visit was great. The staff was SUPER helpful. They were a little short on availability of items but it was two days before Christmas so I get it. My only recommendation is to find a way to make the cheese cups warm. Who wants cold cheese with your warm pretzel. Other than that it was fantastic! Make the cheese warm and you get 5 stars.
