The employees are great. The food is ok, and the drinks are ok. Definitely ask for them to stir your latte so all of the flavor isn't at the bottom of the cup. Also, be ready to wait a minimum of 10 mins in the drive thru, they have to make sure people inside the store get their drinks/food first.

Consistently one of the worst Biggby locations for drive-thru wait times. Constant line of cars to the road not because they are the go to coffee shop but because they are the slowest coffee shop. I can’t tell you how many times we’ve stuck it out and gotten our order finally after sitting for 30+ minutes. You’d think cars were ordering 20+ drinks just to see a latte or 2 get passed to the drivers ahead making the situation even less reasonable. Great coffee though!

Your wait staff tonight was slacking something awful. I was refused by the young lady working. She told me and my children she was the only one working tonight and couldn’t take our order. You might want to look into the people you hire a big more. FYI I wouldn’t have come inside if these two had been doing their jobs to begin with. The drive-through light was off. We most certainly won’t coming back here again.

The employees that work here are very disrespectful and take too long getting orders out. Bigby should close this location because clearly they don't appreciate the job they have. Employees should never berate customers through the drive thru intercom. BE PROFESSIONAL!

This is the slowest drive thru ever, and they only get my order right 50% of the time. It would be faster to drive to Okemos and get Starbucks and drive back.

Whoever is responsible for hiring at this location is on point, this is not only the best staffed Biggby but quite possibly the best staffed coffee shop in the world in general! Super friendly and exceptionally helpful with ordering and explaining items. Always smiles on the faces of these wonderfully helpful people. I would come here all the time but the overall vibe of the place (staff excluded) leaves a bit to be desired.Indoor color scheme is jarring, outside looks like it could use a face lift, but the drive through is pretty great and, again, the staff keep it moving quickly while still assuring quality of product delivered to drivers. I love their little tip jar themes, even if I wasn't a tipper and/or didn't love the staff here, I would still put a little sumpin sumpin in there for creativity alone.Sadly, through no fault of staff, this place gets 1 star for atmosphere and a deduction from an otherwise overall 5 star rating because although I can imagine worse places, this could be so much more inviting and comfortable. Why maintain a dining area that no one wants to sit in? I need to be in town from out of state for an extended period for personal and family reasons and find myself in need of a place to work remotely for the time. Instead of coming here for it's much more convenient location, friendly staff, and great menu, I instead go all the way to Panera almost daily and have joined their drink membership program ONLY because they don't have music blasting out of a music system that is in serious need of an upgrade. Seriously, this is the only reason! Seems like an easy enough fix. Someone please get this awesome staff (and me!) a decent speaker/sound system installed it sounds like listening to old cassettes from the inside of a my high school boyfriend's hand-me-down Chevy from 1980, there's only so much I can take of it :( Will amend rating when I see some much needed upgrade action, don't be slumlords!
