First time visiting, and DEFINITELY won't be the last time coming in! Staff was AMAZING, and the food was ON PAR! The only concern I had was that the ground beef tasted a little salty (but didn't hinder any changes to stars). Overall, 5 stars and definitely will be back for more!

Best Mexican meal in ages. And on Cinco de Mayo at end of day when they were exhausted. I don't like the pre mixed chicken/ onion/ green peppers in a chimichanga, they grilled fresh chicken breast for my order. Attentive.

Out of all of the authentic Mexican restaurants in the greater Lansing area. I feel Cancun Mexican Grill, especially the one on Jolly Road in Okemos, has the best Mexican cuisine in the area. I can confidently highly recommend Cancun Mexican Grill.

I live in GR and work in Mason, first time out there to lunch with co-workers. I was served burnt food, as I struggled to eat but couldn't, and without any intention to get a replacement because we didn't have much time to be back in the office, I however attempted to let the server know that the food is burnt which I belief she clearly could see before serving me anyway, but she rudly responded that she's not the one that cooked it as she walked pass. I was shocked by her response and so was my co workers. I could barely eat 5% of the food before asking her to take it away. What horrible customer service for a restaurant, and those are the types who will throw a fit over not getting a good tip!

The cheese dip and fajita quesidilla are my faves! And the free homemade chips and homemade salsa are a bonus! The staff is always so friendly and they get your order out as quickly as they can. We come here at least twice a month!
