The Chapbook Cafe is such a cozy spot! The food and drinks are delicious; my personal favorite order is a hot chai latte with a scone! As an added bonus, the employees are friendly and quick to whip up your order! 11/10, would recommend.
This place has been really cozy and I love that it’s part of the bookstore. I like getting the coffee and carrot cake, the other similar cakes aren’t all that good, but that carrot cake is the best. Sadly, I can’t trust their hours, they always seem to be closing early and shutting everything down before they are closed. Today I showed up at 4:55 only to find out they didn’t have any coffee because they were closing early. With as many people as were seated, why close...
My mom and I came here today. We are new here in Okemos. The steffs are very kind and helpful. The food was also great. I appreciate the lady at the counter, helping me with finding cinamon powder for my cappucino.
