Waited for over 10 minutes and no one acknowledged us or offered to take our drink order, nothing. I asked a waitress if she was our waiter and she said no but she would ask, no one knew what was going on so she took our table. Very friendly girl and did a great job. Food was very good. Just wish the management was better.
Quite pricey for what you get, but server was kind.

Service was horrible waited 15 minutes after being seated, no drinks or knowing who our waiter or waitress was. People came in after us and got serviced before us. Needless to say we left so can't tell you about food previously be there before and never got treated this way. Will not be going back to this one again.
After delivering our appetizer and drinks, our waiter forgot about us. I'll allow he was new, but it was frustrating watching customers who came in after us being served their entrees. So, after 40 minutes or so, we paid for our Texas Cheese Fries, Blackberry Ice Teas and left. I don't think a single person noticed.

Party of 6; we were seated rather quickly given how busy it was (Prom night). We waited 20 minutes to even be greeted once we were sat and this was after we asked if we had a waitress or not. Waitress stated she did not know she had our table. We were ready to order at that point & did. Drinks were brought over and plopped on the end of the table versus being dispersed. Food arrived approximately 40 minutes later; 2 of 6 orders were wrong & again, brought by someone who was not our waitress. I eat out quite often and do not complain much as my daughter works in the service industry and I know how rude folks can be sometimes so I want to be clear that despite the terrible service, we remained respectful. I did eventually speak with a manager and he made things right. The food was good once we received it however the service was subpar at best.

Got in and sat down at a booth, ordered drinks, appetizer, and food. Wasn’t given straws or utensils after seated. Drinks came out instantly but appetizer took 18 minutes. Ran out of drinks and didn't get free refills until 7 minutes later. There was a side dish broken at our feet. And food didn’t even come out until 40 minutes after we were sat. Bad service but good food.

The food was amazing! Our waitress was not very punctual, causing a friend with a 45 minute time window to get her food to go and rush back to work. We weren't offered drink refills on our waters and had to request more water in the middle of our meal. Otherwise I enjoyed the atmosphere and food, being this was my first time visiting a Chili's.
