I wanted to give a huge shout out to Megan who is a manager at this particular store I have had a few problems with customer service and delivery and Megan has dealt with these issues with style and grace she has sincerely been one of the nicest people I've ever spoken to in customer service! not only did she apologized profusely about the mistakes but she gave me a huge discount and has completely won me over as a long time customer! We’ve used this cottage inn for many years! This is my LAST VISIT! I ordered online 2 pizzas with everything flavor crust! EVERYTHIG was all over both pizzas, ugh! They forgot to include the salad so we had to go back. It was supposed to be a large green but the only thing Greek was the dressing! Tons of cherry tomatoes swamped the dry old leaves lettuce leaves. And a couple of large chunks of red onion that looked like they’d been cut with the plastic knife were sticking out from the wimpy off green leaves! The girl included an small order of bread sticks for failing to give us the salad on our first visit. Turned out these were swimming in buttery stuff and blond looks like they needed to be cooked. If I hadn’t been hungry I’d have taken them back for a refund! Don’t bother here for pizza

Super quick delivery. Food is usually good minus the one time I put artichoke on my pizza and also received burnt cinnamon sticks...artichoke tasted funky. Other than that tho it's a great reliable joint for some good pizza.

Got pizza on Halloween night and my wife did an online order to be picked up at 515 I was there at that time took them an extra 15mins to finish it but they were extremely busy and our order had alot of variations. Pizzas were all made correctly and it was some of the best pizza I've had in awhile great job guys.Dietary restrictions: We had vegan and no diary pizzas both were great

I used to love Cottage Inn, and especially this location, but lately the quality here has taken a dive. I ordered a spinach/dried tomatoes pizza today, and it wasn't even edible. The tomatoes were scorched, the spinach was crumbly and crunchy in spots with stems still attached. The sesame seed seasoning for the crust never actually made it on the crust. I ended up throwing most of the pizza in the trash where it belongs. I think it's time for me to take a break from Cottage Inn, maybe for good.
Ordered a pie well done and it arrived literally the opposite. The dough was barely even cooked. That was disappointing. But what was even worse was the intense pain in my stomach shortly after consuming. Definitely never going to eat here again. Been in the toilet all day.

Cottage Inn pizza is AMAZING!! And they are SO CHEAP. The staff is always so pleasant there. Good pizza, great people & unbelievable prices =Dinner tonight!! I would definitely recommend.

I give a 2 star just cause food was good for a moment, but realizing after having really bad stomach and going to the bathroom digesting like crazy.I'm sorry to say I love Cottage Inn and I am disappointed to say, but I think some people are lazy right now and not doing their checks on expired foods.
