What an awful franchise. Last time we ordered, my pizza reeked of rotten pepperoni and had a slick of rotten grease across it. Maybe a one off? Nope. We decided to try again tonight after 6 months or so. My wife’s pizza was entirely wrong. She’s a vegetarian and opened her pizza to find a bacon, ham and chicken pie. We called and the employee told us we’d need to drive BACK to the store to pick it up. We both have covid at the moment and the first trip was taxing enough. We asked for it to be delivered, but they would have actually charged us $5 to deliver her pizza after wasting 30 minutes of our lives getting someone else’s pizza. While the other pizza got cold. Either that or waste more time and gas to make another round trip to their store? No. No. No. Lesson learned. This place is run horribly, cuts corners, uses expired ingredients and forces the customer to waste YOUR time and money to fix a mistake THEY made. What a joke.

My first google review and old man rant ever…Couple weeks ago we ordered seven boxes. Manager wanted to nickel and dime me for Parmesan cheese. He said that only two little tiny packages of parm were the max for each pie.Usually they’re decent. But the last several orders have been how you say very un-Palestinian of them. A few afternoons later we ordered extra tomatoes on our large pie. we got exactly 15 tomatoes on our pie. Sorry 15 tiny dices of tomatoes. There were eight slices on that large pizza. That equates to less than two tomatoes per slice. Sorry again, less than two little tiny pieces of tomato on each piece. So for the $3 extra dollars I paid exactly $.20 per tiny piece of diced tomato. Hey Dom those are tomatoes not fresh white truffles.The most recent order was on par with the normal quality. Decent. But they forgot our Parmesan and charged me for two garlic sauces I never received.If there was any semblance of a pizza culture in Okemos I wouldn’t have even taken the time to review. That said, sadly this store puts out the best pie in town! 3/5 stars (graded on curve to account for location and current state of customer service. Five years ago this score would’ve been different)Ima need my money back son!

Stopped in for some dinner and the staff was super friendly right away and then helped me place my order after I took a minute to look over the menu. I got some lava cakes for someone else and asked for the nutrition guide which they were able to provide right away which is a super big plus for anyone who might need to be aware of their allergies. Food was just as wonderful as the staff thank you dominos for such an amazing experience.
