Ordering pizza when you open shouldn’t take 35 mins just to put my order in the oven on the tracker when it said it would be 15-25 mins for the entire order to be delivered which is usually never an issue the 5 years I’ve lived here.
I will be calling later for a solution because I ended up having scratch around to make my kids something else for lunch due to the pizza not coming even remotely close to what the app said and what I’ve experienced in the past.

This has got to be the best Dominos out there. Growing up, I heard mixed reviews about the chain and didn't have one locally. Everything we've gotten at this location has been incredible! As a family who cooks almost all of our food, our Dominos nights are exciting--filled with quality pizza + parmesan bites, loaded with toppings and seasonings. And the workers are incredibly friendly and helpful. This is our favorite stop after practices!

The people are friendly and service was great but the pizza was nasty! Hardly any toppings, dry, barely enough cheese. It reminded me of Little Caesars $5 hot and ready. What a shame. This isn’t the first time. It was the same way the last time I ordered. I was hoping it wouldn’t be. . I doubt I will be ordering from Dominos in Okemos again. Very disappointing.

Usually love my orders here, never had any issues until tonight. I ordered for delivery on the app and specified “hand it to me” for my delivery options. The food was not handed to me and instead was left on my front step to get cold. I was also missing the 2 liter of Sprite I ordered to go with it. I called the store and they had someone bring it me. Afterwards I noticed that my pizza was also missing the onions, green peppers and extra bacon. Pretty disappointed in this single experience.

I’ve been going here for a while, but the most recent time the kitchen was a little backed up and they were training new staff so they gave me free lava cakes to make up for it and were so nice! Very appreciative of their employees today!!!
