Jersey Giant Okemos went above and beyond to help me fix a large sub order I mistakenly placed for the wrong date and time. As it was my own error and the timeline was really tight, they were under absolutely no obligation to help me fix it, but they did and were incredibly kind about the whole ordeal. They were courteous, understanding and the subs were fantastic! So thankful for their top notch customer service and will definitely be back!

Great food, fantastic service. I got takeout here earlier today. The man working was very friendly and provided excellent service. I am one of those (annoying) customers that has a lot of questions and generally talks too much, but the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating. The subs here can't be beat, they are absolutely enormous, and the service is on point. Give it a try and you will not be disappointed.

Great sandwiches! Everything is very fresh. Bread is baked there, meat is fresh deli cut, vegetables are good quality. They give you substantial amounts of ingredients.Employees are attentive, knowledgeable , nice and helpful.I love this place!
