Never had a issue with Jimmy Johns until this location, they ignored EVERY modification on my sandwich. Added the tomatoes i wanted removed, didn't add onion let alone the extra amount requested or the horseradish I wanted to try. And to top it off they didn't even spend the two seconds to cut it in half. The lack of care and complete inattentiveness is disgusting. Wouldn't recommend this location if your in a rush and don't have time to check till your already on your way!

Ben was incredibly helpful! I accidentally placed an online order at the wrong store, Ben offered to call them and void the order to replace it at the correct store. I've never had a restaurant do that for me, I am incredibly grateful for the excellent customer service. Thanks Ben!

Hours say open until 11pm. I showed up at 10:40 and all the lights are off... Respect your customers' time and update your hours.

A great group of young men were working there this afternoon and were top notch to the women in front of me as well as myself
Very good food and atmosphere! But dont go through the drive through after 10 pm, I was waiting for 30 mins and ended up driving away, inside was locked too even though they dont close till 11 pm.

The service is always great, everyone I’ve encountered is very friendly and gets food quickly.
My problem is with the food. I always regret it. We hadn’t eaten here in over a year and my son begged to go. We gave it another chance and it definitely still upset my stomach. Then the smell of Jimmy John’s lingers on your hands (despite multiple washings) and clothes.
Both my son and I love Pesto…I ordered a couple pesto sides and I don’t think I’m ever going to be able to eat it again. My son looked up horrified and said the after taste tastes like mucus. He wasn’t wrong. It has completely ruined any pesto since.
I don’t know what happened but 15 years ago I loved Jimmy Johns. Now even the thought makes me sick.
