Extremely disappointing drive thru experience. Ordered a combo with a drink with no ice, potato wedges, and KFC sauce. Wait was about 10 minutes, my drink had ice, no sauce, no potato wedges. When I told them, they said I had to come in amd pay for the potato wedges in a new transaction, despite already paying for a full combo.

First time to try KFC in the US and the fried chicken was not bad. We got an 8 piece fried chicken bucket with 2 sides a mac & cheese and a coleslaw with 2 drinks. The service was so fast like we got the order in 2 min. The fried chicken was crispy but oily, the sides were tasty and we also got alot of sauces. Overall a nice place to visit but not the healthest choice to go for.

The latina lady that works at this location is rude for no reason. She must be miserable with her life and takes it out on the customers. I've had friends that have stopped coming to this location because of her. Whoever is the owner of this location look at the recent reviews and you will see no one is making this up.

I went through the drivethru window to buy a large side of mashed potatoes. The price on the board was around $4.75 but the price I was quoted was around $5.25. The teller said there was a price increase and refused to sell me the potatos at the advertised price. I told him this was against the law and he said it was company policy and still refused. I cancelled the order and won't be going back.
This is a clear violation of the law.

The food was sooo oily and the personnel's didn't have gloves, and one of them took a chicken with their hands and ate it and then without washing his hands gave me a sause and the sause became so oily🤢 the worst experience

I have NEVER had such a bad experience at this location;Okemos. Usually nice small town friendly, familiar staff is now gone?Who IS this newer staff?? Never have I seen any I f them. Cold, unfriendly to the point of being disrespectful and rude! FOOD was disgusting! Spent hard earned money on overcooked shrinky dink chicken tenders that were fatty and a few fries thrown into bottom of my box. Can't afford a fry holder? You charge enough. Part of this meal was for my 83 year old Mother who usually gets a much higher quality of service on all levels, as I. Not sure I will be visiting a KFC too soon. I WAS TOLD YOU HAVE NO MAYO PACKETS.
