We stop in about once a month to grab a sandwich or some chicken. Food has always been fresh made and hot. We were in last Friday and there was someone upset about the way the KFC ap was performing, and taking it out on staff and management. The manager John handled it very well and calmly and repeatedly tried to help him, but the guy was just wanting to be rude to be rude, thankfully he left. John did a great job keeping the peace, and staying professional with the situation, shout out to him.

Ordered around 3pm, and the crispy strips I received were horrible. The 12 crispy strips I ordered were old and not fresh. The staff here tired giving me a burnt strip in my order also. Very disappointed

Chicken was terrible, Coleslaw was dry, mash potatoes and gravy had way to much pepper in the gravy! It always seems to be a hit or miss if you want good food. Personally, I will not be going back to the Okemos, Michigan
I am in love with Classic Chicken samwhich which is always fresh. I travel for work and am long way from home. This place is my go to for a quick, fresh, hot meal . The best part is the friendly faces that great me.Kid-friendliness: Staff always friendly and polite.

worst kfc experience I've ever had. staff was rude, forgot half of our order when they weren't even busy. had to ask for our order several times and they still took super long. my mom had to go back and complain. AND THEY FORGOT MY MAC AND CHEESE!!! the one thing I wanted most wish I could leave 0 stars
Their hot and spicy wings were delicious and satisfying, with a balance of heat and flavor. The online ordering system was easy to use and convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves wings.

This location has decent food and staff for the most part are pretty tolerant. I have had a few that you really don't understand if they hate their job so much why are they still on the clock there and some you know they really need the staff!Vegetarian options: With KFC they had the right idea home style foods at a family portion of readiness. I really like that they have many different options to choose from and depending on your level of vegetarianism can still have the chicken!Dietary restrictions: I would say that with KFC your dietary restrictions would be the amount of grease your cooking with and your starches, but if you're good on those then stop in they actually have many choices of side portions to fill you up with.Parking: You will have no trouble at all with the parking situation even if you have a big party meeting you for lunch or dinner at this location! Many open lots on 2 sides of the building.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.
