Play showed up at 11:48, times on the door indicator they've been open since 11:00. There is nobody at the front desk, there was nobody at the bar, there was nobody anywhere in the restaurant. Myself and three other people waited, I left after 5 minutes of seeing nobody working.

I had the grouper sandwich which was delicious. They give large portions of fish. My side of soup was good as well. They topped it with lots of yummy cheese. We split a lettuce wedge and it was yummy as well.

I was part of a group lunch where server did a great job getting orders taken, delivered, and paid correctly. Fresh bread exceeded expectations.

First time trying My wife & friends took me to to lunch/dinner. First off the server didn’t want to be at work you could see it in his face & his voice. Felt like since we were African Americans we weren’t welcomed we sat down at 3pm. We ordered my friends didn’t like their pasta not even lil bit tasted very fishy & the sauce wasn’t right & his wife had chicken parm soon as the server sat it down. She cut into it and tried it & it wasn’t great looked very sloppy didn’t eat that neither My wife crab cakes were very wet soggy almost I ordered a steak & green beans steak was over cooked I asked for medium more like Well done no flavor & greens beans were suppose to be garlicky but seem to only have minced garlic on that it & last but not least we all Felt uncomfortable seem the waiters didn’t want to serve us kept staring at us in their corner area every-time we looked up everyone was staring at us Overall 2/5 stars only cause the drinks were amazing & strong but you try everything once Very beautiful place although

no crowd and had to wait over 10 minutes to be seated at 2pm.
then 10 minutes to get a drink,
then another 10 minutes for them to arrive.
10 minutes after that waitress showed up to take order.
20 minutes after that we get drink refills followed by the appetizers.
then an hour later still no food.

My birthday was yesterday and my family came in from out of town. Some from Midland and some from Rochester Hills. My 2 young (toddler) grandchildren were with us. We made a reservation 2 days in advance. someone from Luckys called us to confirm the reservation. When we arrived they did not have our reservation and we waited 45 minutes to be seated. The kids were restless and our out of town company as a result were not able to attend after dinner plans that we had made. As we waited, 3 hostess stood at the front desk giggling and talking about their social lives. no one offered us a drink of water or anything at all while we waited. Finally when we were seated we received good service from Cam, but nothing for the inconvenience. No discount, no free dessert, no free appetizer and no apology. We will never go back. When we asked to speak to a manager we were told if there was anything they could do, they'd have a manager call us back.

As other reviewers have written, my group of 4 waited an hour for our food to be served on 12/30/24. The waitress was very nice and tried to cover for the kitchen but we should have been told the truth about the long wait. The food was okay but one of my group ordered a salad that was delayed longer than our cooked food. She asked for it in a ‘to go’ box and requested she not be charged for her order. I should have known something was wrong when I arrived. An angry woman told the hostess they were leaving after waiting at the bar for 20 minutes with no service. Just don’t go!
