Whenever I come here and order a sweat tea they complete the order at the menu board, accept payment at the first window and then instruct me to go to the second window to receive what I had purchased. Just to tell me they’re out of sweat tea..after I already paid. This has happened on multiple occasions.

Got back to work after my break and went to drink my lemonade only to see a ton of little black particles flaoting around inside. Not sure what that is or how it got handed to me that way without them noticing.

Most of the time the service is fine. But there is a female morning crew who can’t seem to do their jobs. This is the second time in a week that I have went through where they weren’t ready in the morning and both times I waited at the drive through for over 15 minutes just to be told it’ll be another 30 minutes. Placed a mobile order right after 5. Was waiting at the drive through by 5:10. 5:27 rolls around “sorry the store won’t be open for another half hour” for the second time in a week. I do appreciate the guys that work the mornings they are always great. But this group doesn’t know how to do their jobs.

I was in shock at the condition of this location! Trash all over, floors not kept up, drink station was a HOT MESS and NO lids out, I literally took one look around and decided if the staff didn't care about how the lobby looked or cleanliness out there then NO way I was eating anything at that location. We left and went to Chick-Fil-A! It was really bad!
This mornings crew was absolutely 100% amazing! Not only super fresh food but the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at ANY McDonald’s have been at! Thank you 💕

Just grabbed a couple burgers for my granddaughter. They were wrapped so poorly when she went to take her sandwich out of the bag it opened right up and came right out falling onto the car floor.

Very nice experience at this McDonald’s. Lobby and kitchen were very clean and staff was attentive. The manager Robert was very patient with me trying to explain the kiosk. Food was fresh .

I've been here almost 15 minutes in the drive through. If I hadn't ordered online I would've left like 2 cars in front of me did. I've been at the second window 5 minutes and no ones spoken to me, it's so awkward
