was waiting to pay in the drive thru for 10 minutes and employees were walking past the window looking at me. obviously the employees were messing around and yelling inside. after waiting for a long time, i drove away and an employee leaned out of the window and started screaming at me being super rude. this place is awful.

Not a bad place to go after shopping at the mall. Usually the store is clean and staff hustle. Sometimes the traffic is a hassle especially if you want to drive east. Overall a handy place to stop in.

Why have a 2 lane drive-through with 1 person doing all the work? Speed of service is extremely slow, and no customer service that is worth a damn. Just go to the campus one, better service and food with way better customer service…
