This has happened multiple times at this store. I place a pickup order via the mobile app using coupons and rewards from the McDonalds app. However, when I arrive they have said the order failed and had to cancel it. I ask if they’re able to honor the coupons and rewards I tried to apply and they refused. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Not sure if my next-day abdominal pain is from here. But this is a place for value in Okemos. They have variety and deals, they have real fruit pies usually. But the people here are pretty friendly usually. I like this place
Ran into multiple rude employees here who let someone steal my food in front of me then ignored me at the counter to reorder my food.

Whenever I come here and order a sweat tea they complete the order at the menu board, accept payment at the first window and then instruct me to go to the second window to receive what I had purchased. Just to tell me they’re out of sweat tea..after I already paid. This has happened on multiple occasions.
