Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I had the ravioli carbonara and it was so greasy I couldn’t eat it. The service was good and food was awful.

Always a great experience at Olive Garden. The Chicken & Gnocchi Soup was creamy and comforting, the salad and breadsticks were fresh and warm, and the Lasagna Fritta was crispy, cheesy, and delicious. Consistently good food and service.

Yikes! Coffee cup had coffee in it when we ordered hot tea. Server forgot about us and another table for 10 min and never checked on our food (it was cold). We were served our soup, and no spoon, with our cold entrees. Horrible service, dirty dishes, cold food, and terrible service 😭 won’t be back again.

Me and my kids enjoyed our meal and our waitress was great . I don't remember his name. But I just know he was great. Very attentive. Very grateful for him and his patience as I had 4 kids with me🥹

Worst service ever!! (Found our waitress sitting on her phone in the lobby!!) We ate at 6pm on 12/2/25.

We had gotten our meals and had to ask for breadsticks because she never brought them.

We didn't get offered Parmesan for our entrees. I would've asked, but she dropped our meals off, said enjoy, then was gone! Never once throughout this did she ask if we needed anything else.

She offered to get me a refill. She then brings back more breadsticks which we didn't need nor ask for. I assume she forgot and is going to
go grab my drink. I wait over 5 mins and nothing so I leave and GUESS WHERE SHE IS?? She was sitting in the lobby ON HER PHONE!!!! So tired of these college students as servers because they are trash!!

Food was good, well priced, big enough portion to split the Chicken Alfredo with my wife. Also, had toasted ravioli as the appetizer. Along with the salad and bread sticks, it was more than enough food! Emily, our server was very sweet as well. We haven't been here in years, that's going to change. Well done, team!

The waitress was very kind and polite. Her name was Kristina. She was very helpful and even gave us extra soup because she knew we liked it. The food was amazing and so was Kristina ! Definitely recommend! Will be coming back !

Omg the service at this location is horrendous! Asking for stuff several times. Food comes out not the way you ordered it. And I am not a picky hard to please person but my gosh I have some limits.
