Not super busy, but very slow. No drink refills. No bread or salad refills. Food was ok. More like hospital food than anything. My daughter has Celiac's and OG has GF options. We probably won't visit this one again.
I realize they were very busy, but the breadsticks were reheated and stale...hard on ends. I worked in bakery previously. The salad was fresh and great! Meals were good. Fresh bakery food is a plus if serving it!
We visit this Olive Garden regularly and always have a great experience, but something happened today that we have to share. We came to Olive Garden this evening for a To-Go order, and ended up having card issues where our card wouldn’t go through. After fighting on the phone for almost a half hour, staff came out and comped our order, telling us that it was “on them today”.
