I realize they were very busy, but the breadsticks were reheated and stale...hard on ends. I worked in bakery previously. The salad was fresh and great! Meals were good. Fresh bakery food is a plus if serving it!
We visit this Olive Garden regularly and always have a great experience, but something happened today that we have to share. We came to Olive Garden this evening for a To-Go order, and ended up having card issues where our card wouldn’t go through. After fighting on the phone for almost a half hour, staff came out and comped our order, telling us that it was “on them today”. We recently dined at Olive Garden and had a fantastic experience. Everything we ordered was genuinely great – flavorful, well-prepared, and satisfying. What truly elevated our meal, though, was our server, Rose. She was incredible! Rose was attentive without hovering, anticipated our needs (like drink refills!), and had such a warm, friendly personality. Her amazing service made a great meal even better. We'll definitely be back, and hope to have Rose as our server again!
