Pancheros Mexican Grill - Okemos

Air con was broken in a heat wave and JakeandChase were fantastic and positive and helpful anyway!

The food was actually not too bad, but the service? The service was atrocious. No other customers. The two employees behind the counter barely spoke. No topping options. No sides offered. Nothing.

Came in bc I was in the area on a job and normally get chipotle closer to home. Got a burrito and my boss got two tacos. The taste of the food was a lot better in my opinion than the chipotle I frequent. Servings are a bit smaller than chipotle, but at least there’s not cartilage in their chicken like I often get with chipotle. Prices are reasonable. Wish I had Pancheros closer to home! Owner (I believe) was there cleaning keeping the place nice

I went there today and interacted with Erica, Matt, and Amaya. They were all super friendly and I had a couple laughs while I was there. Erica told me all about the rewards and all the cool things I can do. Amaya made my food and was very attentive the entire time. Matt was making sure everything was clean and helping out. They are a great team and I will definitely be back.

Chase is great at customer service!
Erica and Doug are ok.
But Chase remembers our order and makes the food very.
There has been a smashed mosquito on the wall to the left when you walk in for more that two weeks.

Shari is always super fast about making sure not only my food is made to how I like it and quickly but also about everyone else's food is made well and speedy as well. She's always super friendly and deserves as much respect as she gives.
