My grandma came in recently and ordered three veggie egg rolls, while she was checking out they handed her spring rolls. My grandma said “I ordered egg rolls, not spring rolls..” the worker said “no you didn’t.” In a rude tone. They went back and forth and the girl said “Ugh..old people.”. Eventually she just took her food and left and when she looked at her food she had ONE pork spring roll. I hope that your customer service will improve, and your staff can be more respectful.

Smaller mall location results in a sparser selection. But the orange chicken was still fresh.
No self-serve fountain making refills more challenging. But they did have Coke Zero on-tap.

Do yourself a favor and drive to the next Panda Express. Portions are small and they charge for refills, and that’s only if they have the CO2 to serve you. I love Panda Express, but this location doesn’t do the franchise justice.

Very rude staff, I got there just before 1030 a lady and a man kept telling me they not open yet I was there at 1027 I was just waiting, then she was very rude when she took my order. Very sad... to be treated like that

Good food for a good price. Today, one of the young ladies helped recommend a spicy choice since she correctly assumed I wanted something spicy. Loved the Blazing Bourbon Chicken.

I ordered a noodle bowl with walnut shrimp. Upon eating the meal I realized it was orange chicken.

I ordered three plates to take home for dinner. I get home and realize they only gave me two of the plates. I called them and let them know. The person who answered the phone was rude and her response when I told her was, “what do you want us to do about it?” How about apologizing and offering to make it right?

They went back and forth and the girl said “Ugh..old people.” Eventually she just took her food and left and when she looked at her food she had ONE pork spring roll. Never coming back. ❌

I had the noodles with peppered chicken. It was okay. Not a huge portion, and the pieces of chicken were extremely small. I wished I would have tried a different variety of chicken.

This place has gone down hill exponentially, portions were a major reason people came here, they don't even fill the container now...... for the price I can get a full dish at a Chinese restaurant........

I don't know what was worse, the metal shaving in the orange chicken or having to argue to get the money refunded. You have cc card system and can refund as easily as you take transactions. Seriously needs customer service lacking is an understatement. "Really, there's nothing we can do" until mentioning health inspector and I get my refund in cash.
