This Qdoba is absolutely better than the location in Lansing. The peppers are always cooked right, and not burnt. Every time im in the area i always try to stop here for food.

Today was the last. I order food from here at least twice a week. Today online ordering would not work. I went in and tried to order there was some confusion with the woman helping me and myself. Very sweet girl. The manager stepped in and was very unprofessional and rude. Telling me what i order is not online and i will have to get it the way it was made with all toppings on side because it was already made. There was no talking to this man. I had to go try to order it on my phone again to get the issue resolved. This is an issue that should have been easily fixed if there was a person in charge that had any kind of customer service experience. Left speechless over his behavior. Even approached in parking lot by other customers committing on his behavior.

I waited 50 minutes for my order just for it to be missing 3/4 of what i ordered on it. It must’ve been sitting awhile cause the cheese looked disgusting, immediately went in the trash. If the store is out of that many items there should at least be signage posted and mobile orders shut off. complete waste of my time and money.

I’m so confused???? We ordered online and picked up. Once home, we noticed my wife’s burrito was noticeably smaller than mine. Whatever, sometimes that happens. Once she bit into it, all she saw was rice. We thought maybe the rest was hidden somewhere. We finally realized why her burrito was so small, it was ONLY rice. She had ordered a burrito with beans, rice, veggies, verde, sour cream and a few other items. We’re not sure if the burrito was from a different order or if someone was stoned out of their mind making food. Either way, who only eats rice in a burrito???? Bizarre. Picture shows what her burrito should have had but ended up with only rice.

Cashier was rude , and not informed on what she's selling, and has no listening skills.
Dirty tables, and they weren't very busy.

Be prepared to be rushed through the line as if the world is about to end .

Never been to a place where the manager ran his mouth. And yelled across the floor. Very unprofessional. I will not be back to this location and will be filing a formal complaint

Speedy service and a very friendly staff. My bowl had good portions and fresh ingredients.

Had a problem with my order from a previous time & spoke with a male manager over the phone the time it happened . Let them know I was unable to come back and grab the right order due to work . Was not told they’re was a time limit on when to grab my right order . So I came in tonight & I called to make sure that it was okay to get my right order tonight which was a yes from the female manager over the phone. But got told no because the replacement order was “ expired “ if that was the case they could have told me that over the phone & or call back and let me know but they waited until I got there to tell me . & then the manager that was light skinned with glasses got very disrespectful & rude . I’d never ever tell anyone to eat that this horrible Qdoba . If you do be ready for your order to be messed up and rude customer service!

Very upset with the portion size. I feel like I was ripped off. I literally got 1/2 the normal portion that I normally get and I was charged $30. I use to not be able to finish an entire bowl and this time around, I was still hungry after finishing my meal. I will not be coming back to qdoba after my most recent visit. I will be spending my money elsewhere.
