This place use to be good now it’s a mess , the have two slow lazy guys , and order can take 30 minutes sometimes more . Avoid this place there is too many good pizzerias in town .

Ordered a ton of pizzas and had an impromptu birthday party with adults in the mall, staff was so helpful and friendly. They had pizzas ready on time and they were amazing. We had no leftovers. Highly recommend. Walter and Jennifer are a great team.

I went to purchase my 4 year old a drink and a Caucasian woman with rainbow colored hair told me to wait while she trained a young man on what appeared to be a cash pickup. I sat there and waited and finally left. Very unprofessional and rude to have a customer sit there and wait, she should’ve serviced me and the lady behind me (who also walked away) then trained him.
I appreciate Walter‘s help when I have stopped in to sbarro’s!
He has been friendly and I have seen him provide good customer service.

I had ordered food through the app and when I picked it up food was poorly wrapped in aluminum foil and just thrown in the bag so grease got everywhere. They also got the slices wrong, and I could understand if they were out but they could have just let me pick a slice my partner would have liked or informed me they put in 2 of the same kind of slice instead of just hoping I wouldn't notice. Disappointing all around.

come on sbarro.. this shouldn’t have been served. i was also given the incorrect beverage. have ordered delivery a few times and it is clear less attention is put into those orders. (pic 1)
ETA: gave them another chance 8/6 again through delivery and this time was pizza wasn’t even in a box. it came partially wrapped in foil, cold, and with the wrong drink again, warm with no ice. got a full refund and will not be back (pic 2)
