Excellent Starbucks OverallAlex is loving and kind. She even knows me by name. That is awesome.The other employees are awesome as well.I do have a few complaints though. One time, the store closed early. Even though this is sort of a given I am not a fan of it.It feels cramped based on the size of it. Also you don't put the butter on customers' bagels. As much as you charge for them you should. Not that I am lazy, I just know a driver can't butter their own bagels while driving and may not have time to stop and butter them.I understand it takes time at the window, and this Starbucks most certainly moves faster than the one in Hartland, but I think it takes more time than it needs to.This is a good place to go. I'd go here over many other places

Usually they’re to standard but the last lavender matcha I got was very watery with a tiny bit of lavender foam. The last time I went they gave me easily 5 times as much lavender foam so it was disappointing to get what looked like a teaspoon or two on top middle.

I frequent this location and typically have good service. The last few times. The quality of the drinks and food were pretty terrible. I'm spending 7 plus dollars on a coffee/latte you would think it would be made correctly. My most recent mocha tasted like milk, and I even asked for an extra shot. So tell me why my mocha which should be more espresso than milk, tastes like milk?? Why does my bacon gouda sandwich have raw bacon and ice cold eggs? It's too WAY TOO EXPENSIVE to have poor quality food and drinks.

My favorite branch for coffee, they make great coffee.I visit this place frequently every day, and it is close to my home. The staff is very nice, and the café is crowded at some points of the day.Free parking is available, and designated parking for people with disabilities.
It's "a" starbucks. Regular starbucks stuff. Baristas are friendly. Locations is newly renovated in 2023.

Since they re-opened, the drinks are not good anymore and the food has been poor. Once sawed off male manager is more concerned about his counter tops than servicing a long time customer. His is also a jerk to his staff. Never used to be like this.
