store made the mistake of not marking items out of stock on the app, i ordered my food and it wasn't able to be made since they were out of nearly every meat (insane). was told that i can get a refund through the app, there is not a single way to get a refund through the app. i've been told that a manager must void the order in the system, the manager said that wasn't the policy and i had to go through the app. there is not a single way to cancel an order through the app, especially when the employee marks it as done. seems as if they hired lazy employees. surprised they have so much attitude for an issue they caused 🤨

We ordered for delivery and they forgot to toast our sandwiches and forgot our drinks. And now when we call to try and resolve the issue the number provided is out of service. This is ridiculous. Last time we'll be ordering from this Subway.

1) the store is consistently understaffed; 2) obscures your view of the meat and veggies (extremely concerning); 3) is consistently out of multiple types of bread and key ingredients; 4) prioritizes online orders instead of those customer in line (even if the order is received after you are in line); 5) is sometimes closed during posted “open” hours.

I gave this location a lot of grace because of the interior renovation and outer. I thought multiple visits must have been flukes or stand-alone incidents. They are not. This location must be under some new management/ownership in the last couple years. As a long-time Okemos resident, I will no longer be frequenting this business.

Made a DoorDash order here. For 1 foot long, get one free with the combo chip and drink. Doordash gets to my house.I have 2 6 inch subs no drink, no chip $,28. Both sandwiches filling inside both six inch subs to make one. like they make them in my town. Mason subway is 100 % beter, so based on the reviews, I will never order here again.

This location has always been so kind and easy to work with. I come here often as it’s right by where I work and I recently had an issue with my order through the app and went into the store and Jessica was so helpful and kind and took care of it right away!

Ordered a tuna sub online for pickup and got turkey or ham or some other type of deli meat. Unfortunately I am pescatarian (not by choice) and didn’t open my food until 10 minutes later after driving to my destination or I would’ve gone back in to get a replacement. I did check the receipt which confirmed it was a mistake on their part. Never had this issue ever before at any other location and considering it was my first time at this location I just won’t be coming back.

Employees closing restaurants before closing hours. I went 10 minutes before closing and the doors were still open. However, when I walked in, employees said they were closed. Not very professional behavior.

i never leave a review but this location literally will put their hair in your food every single time. i thought the first time was a fluke but no, happened to my friend too. ur eating hair if u go here lmao
