The website allows orders to be placed despite the availability of items ordered. I ordered a steak sandwich only to arrive for pickup and find out they are all out of steak (which is frustrating anyway during regular dinner business hours) so then I have to quick come up with a substitution which is not really what I want and seems like a waste of time. The website even offers items they never regularly keep in stock anyway... ( In my case the garden salsa Sun Chips) . Keep stocked or equip website to advise of items that are unavailable please!!

I used to love coming to this location until they changed ownership. Now they are severely understaffed. Should not have one employee running the store during lunch rush. The last four weeks they are out of half the menu and don’t post anything on the door so I waster ten-fifteen minutes of my lunch waiting for food they don’t even have. Managers are not present and are completely out of touch of how to staff and stock a location.

They closed the doors and locked them at 9:00pm the hours sign says open till 10 pm and there just walking around new we were standing at the door I highly do not recommend

Chris and Vern are absolutely amazing and helpful. The food is terrible! Toasters don’t work. This could be a great spot if workers were provided with proper equipment to subways standards.

Really enjoy coming to this location. The food is always fresh, the staff is always friendly and warm. I came in the other day with my kids and Chris helped us he has phenomenal customer service , and he was more than happy to accommodate my daughter when she asked him to cut her 6'inch into 3 sandwiches. Don't know how, but he made it work lol ✊🏽.
Chris is a very good employee he greeted me as soon as I walked in. And also we talked and had a conversation about sports when he was making my sub. He was very nice and kind. He made my experience very good. I'll definitely be going back to this subway again. Thanks again sir for being a good worker.
