What is the point of being open on the uber app and even having a coupon available if you aren’t actually taking orders and you are just going to cancel it. Wasting people’s time getting the family’s orders for no reason.

My chip is broken so I swiped my card, and it said “Approved” the lady at the counter said it didn’t work even though it said approved. I checked my online banking and it said the charge of $3.70 was pending. She refused to give me the strawberry lemonade I was buying for my 2 year old. Very bad customer service. Will be calling bank to tell them the charge is FRAUDULENT.

I absolutely love this place, anytime I’m in the mall I stop here. Tasty and fast. I recommend the guava and watermelon bubble teas!

Delicious, freshly made smoothies. The lady and others usually there are all very nice, hardworking, and knowledgeable about the menu.There are healthier smoothies and also heavier ones, all calories and prices are openly listed on the menu.They are also very transparent about allergies and always wash the blenders and utensils. If you have a special request or allergy, just ask and they will be more than happy to accommodate you.

I have been to Surf City Squeeze Okemos which is in the Meridian Mall outside the Food Court. I know for a fact that this is a family run business. Yet it is the customers who seem to all know each other and either overwhelm the kiosk or do not come at all. I also do notice that the kiosk is very small which means that is deliberately against fire code. I also do know that there is a fire department building within a very close vicinity of the Meridian Mall. The fire department according to the signs in front of the fire department building is under the jurisdiction of Meridian Charter Township.

I had the peach mango smoothie. Didn’t take long to make, huge cup, and delicious. But the workers weren’t very friendly. Worth it tho lol

The man working this morning had very poor customer service. He did not greet me or acknowledge me in any way. I’ve been here many other times and have received good service. This guy clearly didn’t enjoy his job or respect it enough to even try and do a good job. I ended up walking away after waiting 15+ minutes.

I came to the mall and waited until 11am, checked the time and sure enough it was passed 11am and the other stores were open. The man opening Wednesday morning refused to acknowledge I was there. I would only recommend going if a woman is working.

It was bad, cheap mix without any real fruit and a lot of sugar. We both had to dump our smoothie :'(

The BoBa tea was nasty! The balls were hard. Do not waste ur money.

Their pineapple coconut orange smoothie is amazing!

My daughters favorite smoothie is the Strawberry Banana. . I tried a Strawberry Coconut yesterday, it was delicious.
