I had not been here in many years. I had three crunchy tacos and a drink. Almost ten Dollars for three small tacos. The tacos tasted good, but no hot sauce with them. Had to go buy hot sauce since they don't provide it. I didn't realize until I opened the bag at home. The tacos have 3.4 oz of meat and cost TB less than a dollar to make. which means they charge $7 for the Pepsi.

my brother in law had ordered the steak nacho fries. when received it was barely any fries at all in a big box. he went up to the counter and the worker said that they couldn’t take food back and then proceeded to refund.. why a refund when you can just apologize for the mistake and remake a new one.

Came at 1:30pm for a in store pickup and doors were locked. No sign. Now my food is sitting inside ready with a long line in the drive through.

Before I go into more detail I want to say I’ve worked in fast food and customer service before and it really is one of the easiest jobs out there. Not saying there never are bad days, but EVERY time I come here something is missing from my order. I always check the bag before I leave the drive through always expecting something to be missing and there always is. Either the competence of these workers are extremely low or they need to be fired fr. Why get a job if you’re not going to do it correctly?

I never had an issue here. I got the new chicken nuggets and the man working today over the intercom was funny and personable. The chicken was fresh and THE BELL SAUCE I WANT MORE OF!!! My food was fast and accurate. I love this TB! ✌🏼💛

I love the bean and meat burrito and die for the Taco Bell fries with nacho sauce! Although, the service sometimes is questionable.
Taco Bell obviously take no notice of reviews as my experience at 10 pm mirrors many of the reviews already posted. 45 min after walking in I only got the food after reminding them. I will never eat at any Taco Bell again. The place is a disgrace from a service and health perspective. Kids behind the counter just fooling around. Just the fact I wanted to order something was a problem to this crew.

Lazy , incompetent workers who cant do a single thing right. I've lived in this area for a year and they cant make a single thing right. They charge more than any other tacobell location and cant do half the work.
