Mistakes happen and it's not the end of the world that pickles got put on when you didn't want them. The one thing I would like to see improve is the front counter. We have been waited on for year to have to do it on a computer isn't easy. There have been times when I have waited to long for someone to notice I was standing there. We are all getting used to the new wave of technology, but no matter what person to person contact is still more important.”
