I used to come to this location all the time for the vegan bragel - they no longer carry it! I was really bummed to discover that, but even tho it's not on the menu anymore, they still offer the vegan sausage patty and you can order it on a bagel if choice. I think they still charge for an complete bagel sandwich tho, which in my opinion isnt right. The cheez was what helped make it more special as its something none of the other big coffee chains in michigan offer. I did try the sandwich but its just not the same - The barista did mention that other locations may still carry it, so I still have hope for Biggby! I do like their coffee a lot, and they're usually very friendly. It won't stop me from coming here, but I'll definitely need to make sure I have a full belly first!

The staff didn't seem to be very happy at all. The staff at the Lake Nepessing location are way friendlier, not trying to be mean just an observation that it wasn't very welcoming.
The staff is always friendly and they have pup cups :)

I was picking up a mint chip freeze and a hot chocolate for my husband through the drive thru. The day was windy and I paid cash. Whilst the cashier was handing me my change, she dumped the coins into my hands and then let go of the cash before it even touched my hand. The cash flew away in the wind behind my car. She immediately apologized and turned to grab something. I expected her to give me my change over again, but instead she handed me my drink, apologized, and closed the window. I immediately went to park and started searching the drive thru on foot for my change. Luckily, I was able to track the bill down. The drink was okay, but when I got it the following week it tasted much better from a different store.

A great Bigby Coffee in North Oakland County.Swing through this one sometimes on our way up North, always great service and good coffee when we do.The staff are super duper friendly and helpful with the menu. They always have rotating specials and we like to try everything.The food options are just average, but still if you're trying to grab a quick breakfast they'll do.Recommended.
