I am incredibly disappointed with the service we received on Saturday 5/16/2020. When my husband arrived to pick up the food, he had to wait 10 minutes. Not a big deal, because they were busy. However, after waiting, he was notified by the manager that they burnt our order and had to remake it. Again, not the worst thing ever because at least they were trying to make things right. I was hesitant to place a pizza order for delivery tonight because in the past it has been over 45min. When the employee told me 35 minutes for delivery, I agreed, placed my order and waited, 35 minutes goes by, 45 minutes goes by, now a little over an hour from order placed I call to find out where my order is?!?! The boy on the phone can't even find my order! really?!?! He thinks that it never got sent back to be made and no ticket for my order was found! ridiculous!!

After placing an order over the phone and paying, I was leaving my house to meet the delivery driver when the manager called to chastise for asking for delivery outside their area. In the past, we've always met at a designated (by Hungry Howie's) spot to get the order. Instead of trying to figure out what happened, she proceeded to lecture me when I had attempted to clarify with the girl that took my order about the pickup spot at the time I placed it.
