Hungry Howie's Pizza

Have had multiple issues with this place. Its like they dont want to take orders or dont want our business... You call and it just rings and rings and rings. Today is 5-16-25 and i have been trying to call and no answer…. Place an order online and they call me and tell me they only have small pizzas left… its 10:05 pm on friday night and its supposed to stay open until 12… why wont people just do their job? Its super annoying as i know what it takes to run a pizza place and this is pure laziness!

The way Emily speaks to customers and staff is beyond disgusting. Howie himself needs to do us all a favor and hire a manager that will actually benefit the company rather than tarnish it. The service nor food are treated with dignity. This store has gone downhill.

First our entire order was wrong and we patiently waited for it to be started all over. Wow! can't believe manager Emily M is allowed to talk to customers like she does. My order did not contain all listed items that was listed to be in the salad. I was inquiring and she immediately went defensive and said she can't give a refund which was not even requested. States the item ran out and it isn't even worth anything so she can do nothing about it. Said it is out of the online system and it was a call in order so there was no way to know they were out of items to complete my order. This should have been handled so differently.

Website and window state they are open until midnight. Ordered online at 10:30. Drove there to pick up pizza and all the lights were off. Online order was paid for but we were not able to pick up. Won’t be back.

Call to order 6 pizzas 🍕 got told needed 24 hr notice lol asked again why we couldn’t order //got told we were screwing him trying to order 6 that’s how you talk to your customers smh

My Junior pizza was good but my Howie bread was just bread without any flavor.
Like no butter no parmesan and barley and spices!?!? What the heck, I should have just went up to Meijer bought a loaf of bread and spread some butter on it.

Yesterday I ordered the works pizza I've had before. This time it was burnt . My girlfriend took it back and was told by the manager that's how it's supposed to look . And she should have told them to cook it less . Very disappointed and won't order pizza from here ever again.

Sign says try duo pepperoni large for$9.99, but store charges $11.99 and said because I didn't order on line. Sign says nothing about on line orders only. I tried to order on line, and they said it didn't go through. So they charged 2 extra dollars when I went to pick it up.

Ordered over the phone with a 15min wait time. Showed up in 20min, paid and waited in the lobby for another 10 before they told me they did not receive my order and they would start making it now. Support local places!!!! These guys cannot get it right. After a ton of visits this is my last. What a shame.

My order was punched in wrong at the register. I mistakenly did not look at pizza before going home. Pizza was not what I ordered. Boy on phone is my biggest issue. Asking me what would you like me to do and telling me at least it's free. What was free? I paid for it plus had to use gas to drive 20 miles to get the correct pizza! Brought back the wrong one so they got the free pizza. He never even spoke to me when I returned except to say "here" when he put the pizza on the counter. I feel I could have been offered a free cookie or pop or something for having to return. Oh well. Live and learn. Lots of other pizza places.
