John provided me with exceptional service during my recent visit to Hungry Howie's. He was incredibly patient and friendly, helping me navigate the menu and choose the perfect pizza. He had a great understanding of the various crust and topping options and his recommendation was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was clean, the service was fast, and John's positive attitude made the entire experience a pleasure. Employees like him are what make a good meal a great one. I'll definitely be returning soon!

Fantastic pizza, online ordering was very convenient. The manager AJ was great too, I felt bad for them because the man ahead of me in line was berating them about a coupon not working but AJ kept their cool. Highly recommend this location. I’d like to try the bowls next time.

Currently waiting 90 mins for one pizza and I live 5 mins down the road and it's 1 in the afternoon. Dont offer delivery if u dont have a driver

hollering at workers/customers and having a outburst as the “manager” over minor inconviences is definitely a turn off. .will not be back. Pizza wasn’t cooked fully and the cheese wasn’t melted onto the crust so the toppings all fell off and the phone rang and rang and rang… :/ came back up in person for nothing

Emily M has got to be one of the rudest faces of a company someone could hire. Customer retention out the window. Anything easily fixable will turn into a negative standoff with the customer. And acrylic nails without gloves or proper handwashing, really? Gross.

I used to LOVE this place....good food for the money, HOWEVER, since they switched to a door dash delivery, might as well forget it! The tracking app that they put on there just leads to a blank screen. Then, it takes twice as long as it used to when they were using actual employees to deliver. If you're going to order, either pick it up yourself or just forget it! You may starve to death before they deliver!!

Have had multiple issues with this place. Its like they dont want to take orders or dont want our business... You call and it just rings and rings and rings. Today is 5-16-25 and i have been trying to call and no answer…. Place an order online and they call me and tell me they only have small pizzas left… its 10:05 pm on friday night and its supposed to stay open until 12… why wont people just do their job? Its super annoying as i know what it takes to run a pizza place and this is pure laziness!

The way Emily speaks to customers and staff is beyond disgusting. Howie himself needs to do us all a favor and hire a manager that will actually benefit the company rather than tarnish it. The service nor food are treated with dignity. This store has gone downhill.

First our entire order was wrong and we patiently waited for it to be started all over. Wow! can't believe manager Emily M is allowed to talk to customers like she does. My order did not contain all listed items that was listed to be in the salad. I was inquiring and she immediately went defensive and said she can't give a refund which was not even requested. States the item ran out and it isn't even worth anything so she can do nothing about it. Said it is out of the online system and it was a call in order so there was no way to know they were out of items to complete my order. This should have been handled so differently.

Website and window state they are open until midnight. Ordered online at 10:30. Drove there to pick up pizza and all the lights were off. Online order was paid for but we were not able to pick up. Won’t be back.

Call to order 6 pizzas 🍕 got told needed 24 hr notice lol asked again why we couldn’t order //got told we were screwing him trying to order 6 that’s how you talk to your customers smh

My Junior pizza was good but my Howie bread was just bread without any flavor.
Like no butter no parmesan and barley and spices!?!? What the heck, I should have just went up to Meijer bought a loaf of bread and spread some butter on it.
