the only reason we go to this McDonald's is it's right around the corner. The staff is rude, slow and can't get orders right. From missing food to letting you order a shake then getting to the window to pay only to find out thhe shake machinne isn't workinng. it's not rocket science and when you get a complaint you make it right. You need to retrain your staff on customer service and speed of service or maybe get new management.
