I was served food by this Heather manager wouldn't give me her name wasn't wearing a name tag. I returned the cold grease she served me as I was she was saying that's how it comes. Through all her unprofessional antics I drop my wallet. She picks it up on camera and puts it on the counter . Claiming it's not her responsibility and does not put it up or turn it into the police. I return with police just to get banned from their location. So sad haha 😄. Lawsuits will be filed and I will use all the negative published feedback on this Heather manager. Do not eat at this establishment service is horrible food cold and old atmosphere is always dirty. 😑 Lawsuit coming! MCL 434.22 Act 273 of 1987 Law clearly states what is to be done with Lost Property I will not stop till this Manager Heather is charged to the fullest extent of the law. My whole life was in my wallet ty for your diligence Heather as a Mcdonalds Manager to do the wrong thing much obliged ✝️

Missing cheese on a cheeseburger. Deluxe Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese was missing a patty and the deluxe part. The ice cream was good.

I honestly don’t usually write reviews or feel the need to point out specific people, but I’m really amazed that there’s still a super unprofessional manager that works at this establishment. I have had friends and family work at this McDonald’s, and I personally dine here quite often. Everyone is usually extremely nice BESIDES Heather. I don’t know how she’s in an awful mood every-time I see her. She’s always talking extremely harsh to her coworkers and gives anyone who checks out through her attitude. Seriously every time I have to interact with her she is rude and gives anyone who asks for special requests a hard time. Unbelievable that she holds her job, but I guess it is McDonalds.

i had a horrible experience on the 2nd of this month (September) at this place because of one specific manager named heather. first of all she wasn’t wearing her name tag i had to ask around to find it out. second she was really unprofessional. the whole time i was there she was yelling at her co workers and was giving attitude to everyone. i’ve worked in fast food so in can understand being in a rush but to be yelling at the top of her lungs at people is insane. as soon as i got my food the order was wrong so i asked if she could fix it she yelled at me and told me that she couldn’t take it back and couldn’t fix it. after that i gave up and went to leave and i could hear her mumbling to co workers about me. i will not be going back to this mcdonald’s ever until she is fired or fixes her attitude.
The family went there today, passing by. Upon entering the restaurant, the manager, Heather, screamed at us to use the kiosk and turned around and was yelling at the employees. We ordered our food. As we waited for our food, the manager Heather was yelling at an emplyee about missing time. Couldn't believe that the manager Heather was disciplined the employee on the front line, in front of other employees, belittling the employee. Manager Heather gave us our food, and we asked for Katchup. Heather yelled at us to use the katchup dispenser. We told her we wanted it to go. So she threw packs into our bag and gave us a really bad look. She turned around and started screaming at another employee. We asked an employee what her name was and was told it was Heather. As we walked away, Heather asked the employee what we asked her, and then Heather yelled at us at the top of her lungs, across the room that she DIDNT CARE...! Will never go back to this McDonald's ever again.

I live Metamora and always drive to oxford McDonald's. When I do go to the metamora McDonald's, we spend more time waiting in line than eating the meal. Their service is always slow.. poor management.
