on a normal day its fine i guess but today my app wasnt working so i was unable to use my account. i entered, kiosk doesnt work and and they say they only accept cash right now so i leave, i sit and wait in the drive thru, they also tell me no cards so i go back in and try the kiosk again for it to freeze upon paying. i spent about 15 minutes here for a medium fry and a drink
Went thru drive thru and had to wait for fresh burgers. Perfect. But got home and my fries were stale and I was missing an order of fries. The workers are super nice. It seems like every time I go there, there is something missing or the fries are old. If I had to wait for 2 burgers why not drop fresh fries? I honestly don’t usually write reviews or feel the need to point out specific people, but I’m really amazed that there’s still a super unprofessional manager that works at this establishment. I have had friends and family work at this McDonald’s, and I personally dine here quite often. Everyone is usually extremely nice BESIDES Heather. I don’t know how she’s in an awful mood every-time I see her. She’s always talking extremely harsh to her coworkers and gives anyone...
