Over 30 minutes in the drive thru when there were only two cars ahead of me. I have never sat still in a drive thru line without moving for this long ever. Apparently you all need to light a fire to get them to move faster than a snails pace. Absolutely ridiculous.

My daughter and I are regulars. We love the Metamora location best for friendliness, service, food quality, and ambiance. We often bring homework to do and the staff is welcoming and knows us by name. I've watched them care for every customer that comes through - often waiting on filling mobile order freezy drinks until the customer arrives so their drink is fresh. They take extra care to make every customer happy.

I literally drive past the Oxford location because they are so genuinely horrible compared to this location. The staff at this location are continously generous. Also, amazing service during night.

I would give a much higher rating if they would fill the tacos and other menu items. Less than 1/2 full is not acceptable. Especially for the higher prices taco bell is charging. 2.89 is unacceptable. For this????

I went through the drive thru the other day and and the man who took my order was very pleasant and I got my food so fast I was surprised. My order was correct and I definitely recommend this Taco Bell to others. I know some times all places get slow moments but I have a lot more fast times then I don't. 5 stars.

Now I remember why I stopped eating Taco Bell you can get a better value almost anywhere else and better Service. The food is mediocre at best. The service is horrible and $12 for the meal that I got is definitely not worth it

Placed a mobile order and it said it would be ready at 6:15, got there a couple minutes after 6:15 figuring it wouldn’t be ready on time. Did not have my food till 6:35. They were not busy at all and multiple employees were there “working”. Why even take mobile orders at that point and in no way should Taco Bell take that long for an order to be ready.
