I don't know who's working this evening but the guy with the black hair and tattoos on his arms decided to tell me that I couldn't have those pickles which makes no sense to me I thought we were supposed to be able to get a sub made the way we wanted it to be made not the way they want to make it for us I think the kids should be let go for not listening to the customer I asked numerous times for the same thing and never got anything kept acting like he couldn't do it at 8:35 at night when they don't close until 9:30 barely had any veggies out for me to even get on my sub make no sense won't come back to this Subway again

1 of the employees around 12:00 on 9/19/25 left buckets of ice on the floor for customers to scoop out. Talk about health code violations.

Probably why teenage kids shouldn't be left to run stores! Horrible service! HORRIBLY made sandwiches! But just walk out quietly after paying $40 for 3 sandwiches! Go to ANY OTHER SUBWAY!

Friendly and quick service. Bathrooms inside were clean. Lobby was spacious and tidy. I like Subway's that dont share a space in a gas station.
Those working were quick and patient while I tended to 2 kids as I ordered.
Ordere 2 footlongs, 4 cookies, and bag of chips. Wish Subway provided better fruit side options.

Had to come here tonight to pick up our online order after a let down from VCL location! The kids working were super nice and helpful! Our food was ready before the app said it would be and was made perfectly! The lobby was also spotless!

Stopped at 3 different subway locations today to get the footlong nachos. They have all ingredients in stock. They however do not have the boxes and refused to sell them in anything else. Pretty cool since it's their deal rn!

This place sucks I ordered three subs and it was 40 dollars I ordered online I get there they tell me that they cancel my order because there out of ham they said they called but that was a lie

Idk if the 2 boys working here together have an issue w online pickup orders or if they just don’t like to read but my sandwiches today almost felt like they were putting their TikTok ban aggression into my food. Things we asked for light on they basically stacked on in handfuls, & then left out one of the things I asked for extra of completely. Sub that was supposed to be toasted wasn’t. I feel like it shouldn’t be that hard to read the receipt & just do what it says.

I have never in my life met a manager that was so rude in my life. Her name was Kimberly if I’m not mistaken I had DoorDash some food because I work in a factory and I only get 20 minutes to eat a bit my sub and realize there were no meat in there it was barely any sauce in there so instead of contacting DoorDash I took it back after work. I simply asked could I get it made over she said no she wasn’t making it over and what I see is what I get. I asked her why the attitudeand she said I don’t have an attitude and she made me buy a whole Nother sub. and she said I don’t have a attitude and she made me buy a whole Nother sub. I don’t think it’s the company, but you really have to choose the people that you put in charge of your brand people that DoorDash should get the same experience as if I was standing in line

This is my 3rd online order and disappointed every time! First and 2nd time they were out of green peppers and that's the main veggie I like on my sandwich. Then this last time when I asked for MORE onions and green peppers, I got less than I would normally get. My co-worker didn't get her soda and another got a 6" when she ordered a foot long?? I heard there were new owners and it just hasn't been the same since! Very unsatisfied with this location and will NEVER go back!
