I have never in my life met a manager that was so rude in my life. Her name was Kimberly if I’m not mistaken I had DoorDash some food because I work in a factory and I only get 20 minutes to eat a bit my sub and realize there were no meat in there it was barely any sauce in there so instead of contacting DoorDash I took it back after work. I simply asked could I get it made over she said no she wasn’t making it over and what I see is what I get. I asked her why the attitudeand she said I don’t have an attitude and she made me buy a whole Nother sub. and she said I don’t have a attitude and she made me buy a whole Nother sub. I don’t think it’s the company, but you really have to choose the people that you put in charge of your brand people that DoorDash should get the same experience as if I was standing in line

This is my 3rd online order and disappointed every time! First and 2nd time they were out of green peppers and that's the main veggie I like on my sandwich. Then this last time when I asked for MORE onions and green peppers, I got less than I would normally get. My co-worker didn't get her soda and another got a 6" when she ordered a foot long?? I heard there were new owners and it just hasn't been the same since! Very unsatisfied with this location and will NEVER go back!

1 Star is being generous. I would say don't eat here. But you can't because they won't serve you no matter how polite and patient you are. One girl was working on a large online order and after 5 minutes standing in front of her she didn't even greet us and let us know that. Not even eye contact. The manager came around and was taking care of some fresh bread and asking if she wanted help. The manager let us know she had a huge online order. So we decided to remain patient. But the manager neither insisted on helping her, nor offered to wait on us. After 10 minutes now sitting at a table near the counter waiting to be helped and watching the manager just stand there watching the girl work on the online order we left. This was really bizarre "service?"😂

It’s never open on time. They are supposed to be open at 8:30 am and it’s usually well after 9am. The other day I ordered a subway club wrap. It cost 17 dollars. Not enough meat on it to charge 7 dollars. Never going to order anything else again.

this is one of the cleanest and best managed subways i’ve been to. regardless if i’m doing an online order or not i never have to worry and have never had to complain about my sandwich. if only the other subways around were like this. also, i love how kind the employees are. even when it’s busy they don’t get overwhelmed and maintain a professional attitude. 10/10 subway

I’ve never left a bad review before but with no disrespect to (Some of) the workers but this is one of the worst subways in Jackson, it takes forever to get your order taken and on top of that they’re always out of one of the main ingredients of a sandwich. 10/10 won’t go back.

Not sure who these ladies are that just made my subs but they're clearly not adapt to food service etiquette. Miserable. Both unhappy, frustrated and gave nothing more than bad attitude. The dirty mop bucket was blocking the drink machine and I got a dirty look when I mentioned the diet coke was out. I'm not going back if they're working

Employees never told anyone when they came in that they were out of certain items. People were ordering items that they did not have, including the new chicken salad, cold cut combo, new honey mustard sauce and several other items. When it came to putting sauce on my sub, I was told they were out of MAYO and they would not get anymore out because they went through 10 bottles of it already. The lady working that day was rude to us and people ahead of us in line. We will not be going back to this subway.

Lazy lady behind the counter couldn’t type in the coupon I brought in to use, wouldn’t do anything and wasn’t keeping the place clean at all. Came outta the bathroom and started touching the food. She was dirty and just lazy didn’t care. Do better.

After standing in line for 15 minutes, I ordered two chopped salads and was told she had no clean bowls and didn't think there were any in the back. I was there on Aug 3 2023 at 5:45pm. You could hear someone chopping in the back. She didn't even check if there was clean bowls. So my once a week for my family of six will have to end with that kind of service. We left, I did not want anything else....she may have been out of it..........
