kaylee was so awesome!! she was so friendly and helpful and polite! she took my order in a timely manner and was able to get my food in under 5 minutes!
Not happy at all, my father and I ordered a good amount of food and about 20% of it was right, we were shorted a whole 2 items and the items we did receive were wrong, I don’t know how complicated it is to take an order, I understand we are human but this was just beyond belief, we are big arbys fans so this was unusual as our service is always amazing!

This particular arbys seems to need more workers. The food was great but things were forgotten in our order and we had to go back up and bother the workers again, waiting for them to help those ahead of us. Moral of the story, check your bag before you leave. I do love arbys and for the month of July they have potato cakes again!!
