Arby's website says that all restaurants are participating in free classic roast beef sandwich for veterans but when I went there I was informed that the one on South Saginaw Rd in Midland Michigan is not. That's pretty bad they can't even update their website so people don't drive over there for anything I will not eat at that location again!!!!!

Food cold, staff was more concerned about door dash, online orders then seeing that in restaurant food was delivered to customers waiting at counter for food, making long wait & cold food.

I was craving tender’s after work and came here, ladies were pleasant and sweet, (customer service is a big deal to me, I show kindness to people and expect the same ) and the tenders were delicious, I just discovered bronco berry sauce, and it amazing.
