Went to Arby’s today, I was given the most upstanding service by the associates Cairo, Summer, and Pat. They were kind, efficient, and provided the best customer service I have ever seen. These associates need a raise for their hard work! Thank you Cairo, Summer, and Pat!
I genuinely feel that every employee at this specific restaurant hates their job. I always have something wrong. I ordered a gyro with extra sauce. I got hardly any meat or toppings and NOTHING BUT SAUCE

I want to give a huge shoutout to Ashley at south Saginaw Arby's. Not only was she working with an injured foot, but did it with a smile on her face. She was so friendly! Made my trip there worth it to put a smile on my face! Well done Ashley!

The food was delicious. The service was terrible. The older lady who took our order, I think her name was Teri. Was very rude and short. As we sat down to wait for our food along with while we were eating our food. She was screaming, and yes I mean screaming at the workers in the back. I never heard a single positive thing come out of her mouth to us, or to the employees. So sad, if a boss or coworker ever spoke to me the way she was speaking to those teenagers, I would be appalled.

My French dip had very little roast beef on it and did not even cover the bun. My crinkle fries were the absolute worst excuse for fries I've ever seen. It looked like they scraped up whatever they had. They were dried out, old, mixed with nasty curly fries remnants. Really awful. Incredibly disappointed. So appalling, I actually took a picture to share with others.

Ordered 2 gyros 9-19-23 and they were dry as dust. Meat,lettus,tomato and NO..I repeat..NO Greek sauce..absolutely dry as dust! Arbyrs commercials make everything look so good that it's so hard to live up to that and when your employees don't care then this is what you get. Very unhappy with product. Feel ripped off.
