This place never disappoints for lunch. Green tea is a must have as well as the Rangoons.

Surprised by how much time I spent during my visit. There was only one other party (two people) in the building during non-rush hours on a weekday, so it makes sense that they wouldn't need a ton of staff, but I spent about an hour here, and I wanna say it took about ten minutes to eat. What I got was GOOD, don't get me wrong. The menu is as simple as the actual food in each option, and I mean that in a good way. After eventually getting my food, I realized I had no silverware. I let the waitress know, and she promptly grabbed it for me.On top of my wait, though, the party of two near me got up to leave JUST before their food came out, and they showed up later than I did.The overall atmosphere is pleasant. It's pretty humble, but in good taste. The wood and green theme it has gives a pretty good indication that the food has a very fresh taste to it, and that just boosts it. Plus, the music matches. It isn't your everyday radio garbage. My takeaway from the visit is that it's exactly what it looks like: a cozy, friendly, little corner that adds some variety to Midland. I'll have to visit during busier hours to see if things are quicker around then, but I otherwise have absolutely no complaints.

When I arrived I saw a notice on the door and was disappointed until I realized the door opened and the notice did not say they were closed. I was immediately welcomed with huge smiles and a few great conversations while I was waiting for my food. I was the only customer until others came after me. I felt like they were open just for me. I had a shrimp appetizer and they let me get a side of their peanut sauce that made it wonderful. Then I got the Pho soup and it was huge and so good. Tomorrow I'm coming back for their mango sticky rice. I am too full to eat anything else.

Our food was delicious! We had the green curry dish. The service was excellent! Nice clean atmosphere with appropriate decor.

The crispy chicken wing is really taste. Tom Tom is too salty , the fried rice is okay ( the beef is a little too dry for me)

Ordered a bowl of Tom Kha. Very delicious and flavorful. Asked for mild and the spice was perfect. The peanut curry was also very delicious. I chose vegetables instead of a protein and they really packed it full of fresh veg. Left full and satisified! Will definitely come back here again when we visit Midland.

Excellent service from Ray Ann! Sampler appetizer was good but miss the fresh rolls they used to make. My husband loved his pad thai. My dish was okay. Will choose something else next time. Too many onions in ginger wok fry.

This was my fourth time of trying the restaurant again because a few years ago they had excellent food. Through the pandemic I tried to understand with everything going on. Now it’s the same thing and they don’t stand behind their customers whatsoever. I ordered the stuffed shrimp which has the stuffing inside and then it’s wrapped in a crispy shell like Filo and served it to my guests and every single one of them still had the shell on the shrimp and we all spit them out. Very disappointing!!! Plus a waste of $40 once again!!! To bad the owners don’t care!

Ordered two days in a row; disappointed both times mostly due to price. We ordered basil fried rice the first day and Pad Thai the second day. Both days the chicken was very overcooked/dry. The flavor for the fried rice was good, but it lacked the amount of basil leaves that I was used to from different Thai restaurants. The Pad Thai's chicken was also very over-done and my wife's Pad Thai was very, very bland and lacked almost all of the flavor that my fish of Pad Thai had.Price was extremely high for fairly disappointing food and portions that didn't seem to add-up to the asking price (over $30 both days for two meals). If the meals were $9 a piece and not $16, I wouldn't have had much to complain about. The price asked made me expect much higher quality food.

The food is fresh and tasty. Whenever my daughter is in town she insists on getting drunken noodles and I am always craving green curry. I can't handle the spice so I always order none. She can actually handle medium which may be considered hot elsewhere.

Very disappointed with our take out experience tonight. Got home only to find out half of a meal was missing, called and was asked if I still wanted it, yes that’s why I called. The crab wontons were very overcooked and most of the sauce from the meals had leaked into the bottom of the bag because the lids were not properly placed on the take out containers. This made for very dry meals, both in the noodle dish and the served over rice dish.

Only one complaint noted last on list, why 4 of 5 not 5 of 5I have been looking for a good place to get Beef Pho and Drunken Noodle since I moved to the area.Food:Thai Basil Bistro was exactly was I was looking for as far as the Drunken Noodle. The pho was good but I did not care for the meatballs, also did not come with jalapeños, if you like some of those in your pho as well.Service:Also called for a takeout order at around 2pm and was told it would be almost an hour and a half wait for pickup, was totally worth the wait.Value and expectations:My only complaint about my experience was that I ordered the Sampler Tray appetizer which was supposed to come with fresh rolls but when I arrived to pickup my order there was a sign that they were unable to make fresh rolls, unfortunately no one informed me know when I plaved my order over the phone. Unfortunately I did not get anything in place of or more of the other items already included. We got 2 Thai chicken wings, 2 spring rolls and 2 crab wontons. (supposed to serve 3 to 4 for 20.75 my order served 2). Otherwise would be 5 stars.

I ordered Basil fried rice at the mild level and I would say that it was definitely mild, not medium like the person on the phone told me it would be. Good flavor! A little heavy on the green and red peppers but filling and tast.

Our favorite dining fare since it opened. We live in Saginaw and don't mind traveling for these delicious meals. The portion size is perfect and we always end up with a bit to nosh on later. After literally dozens of meals we have nothing put positive to say!
