Got 2 bagels with strawberry cream cheese and there wasn't anything on it barley. Tried to call no answer it is on real how much you charge for a thin layer barely anything on it

We have been to five different BABS in the state and this is by far most disappointing. On three occasions we have gotten bagels to go, only to find when we got home that at least one was missing. We have also called to provide feedback and gotten an apology but clearly nothing is improving. This last visit was a “one more chance” after staying away a couple months….and it happened again. There wont be a call to the store this time. We just aren’t going anymore.

Staff is always super friendly. Lots of options for both food and drinks. Prices are great. Plenty of indoor seating at this location. Had a lovely brunch with some girl friends.

This big apple bagel is the most disappointing and gross breakfast in midland. I’m a big fan of BABS so this location has severely underperformed every single time I try to get a good sandwich from there.

If you ?? think Big Apple Bagels only sell bagels and coffee...think again sure you can get for the amateur, (Kidding)? a bagel but there's really quite the menu options and friendly staff

I am from Boston Ma. While I was vacationing in Michigan, my friend and I came here for a quick bite. I must say the smoked turkey with havarti cheese bagel was absolutely delicious. The coworkers working the counter were so nice.. amazing. Thank you!!!! ?❤️?
Great bagels and muffins. Coffee wad wonderful. I think it was new age music playing on TV. Was too loud and didn't fit clientele
