We were ignored by our server, Brooklyn, had to flag her down to take our order after 15 minutes of watching her walk past our table. The food sat up in the window for at least 8 to 10 minutes before she brought it.... The plates were so hot from the heat lamp, she burned herself. The Philly cheesesteak skillet was dry and appeared to be ground meat, not shaved steak like stated in the menu. We were charged for a side of hash browns that were delivered but not ordered (the skillet comes with hash browns and I asked for them crisp...not sure how that got me an extra side of them). She never came back by the table after delivering the food, so we just paid for them. My husband had the salad bar...he said there was a nice selection but it's not as fresh as other places. That will be our last visit to Big Boy in Midland.

They discriminate against older people especially someone that is deaf. We were told they had complaints at two different times. We do not understand what we did but everything was said in front of whole restaurant. Also for the one family I saw leaving because of two old ladies sitting in a restaurant we have no idea what we did wrong. Having a disability is not fun. To the manager it could have been handled very differently. I am so disappointed in this incident. Do better big boy treat you elders with the respect you would want. 75 and 93 and got in trouble. Will never be back and have been going there for 50 years. So sad!

Service was very slow Our waitress took our order, after waiting 10 minutes. She waited on customers that came in after us. Didn't see her again until bill time. Another waitress brought me coffee twice.

$80 for a small breakfast buffet for 4 of us. It was ok, but not worth $20 a piece. Options were scrambled eggs, bacon sausage, biscuits and gravy, hash browns, French toast, corn fritters. The salad bar was better stocked!

Amazing Ella was my server i definitely recommend! ?? The pumpkin spice cold brew is amazing!!!!!!!
SO GOOD. Had an amazing experience and our waitress, Ella, was the sweetest person. I would recommend all the breakfast and the slim jim with waffle fries! Also I had their new COLD BREW and it was delicious!! Such a rare find!
